Replicating club form for the national team is never guaranteed and not simple. But the players most likely to settle quickly are the ones that have proven they don't need a settling in period at their clubs. And the ones that aren't reliant on teammates who are in form or a good system from the manager.

If Palmer is performing for Chelsea, there's a very strong possibility that he'll be able to form for England.
