I didn’t say the coach should play Palmer ahead of Bellingham, both can play together and England will be more deadly upfront compare to Foden that always look lost for English national team. I mentioned Bellingham because he seems to be the most talented in the team according to English media, whereas, Palmer is statistically equal and excellent in eye-test too.

Tell him. Palmer mostly play from the wing you can see how creative he is aside scoring and assisting. I like Bellingham too because of his tenacity but Palmer is a total package and will rarely get injury because of is high level

Bellingham is not better it’s just that he took different route to develop just like what Sancho did by leaving man city early. Even if England have a thin squad Yamal won’t still start, they don’t like technical footballer like that, they love their players to have pace, strength and shooting skills. You can see it in their game play, average in passes and opening of space . I expect a barca fan to appreciate a technical player due to the philosophy of your club.
