Foden wasn’t the X factor to city’s triumph over the years although he had some moment like Palmer had in super cup final and against Arsenal. Palmer is more of a big game player, even in a struggling environment but same can’t be said about Foden, he always look lost while playing for England because in England individual quality is what bail them out since there is no free flow of play like man city, no Rodri in England to posses the ball which causes many attacking opportunities that Foden strive on.
