They kept on telling Nigerians that they have signed turnaround maintenance, and yet no work on ground to show for it.In the past administration,we were told that turnaround maintenance takes between 6-12 months,but one wonders how this turnaround maintenance is taking few weeks to do.The bottom line is,our refinery was not as bad as we were made to believe, rather the agents of NNPC and ministry wanted the continuation of petroleum importation for their selfish interest.Its the body language of PMB,that has brought this new development.
