You are the one acting stubborn because I am telling you fact. One of the reason our signings flop is that we like to use players wrongly. We need players that are good in their primary position. We were getting it right during Conte’s first season and then we started making wrong move by replacing Matic, a sitting DM for Kante with baka who is a runner like Kante but poor technicality on the ball. From those transfer seasons we have been suffering. Kante was over labored because he had to baby sit Jorginho in his role.

I don’t think you have watch Enzo play, he is not a stationed CDM, he move and give dangerous passes from anywhere. His best position is CM.

With Enzo it’s three man midfield. Enzo is not the type of player you station in DM like Jorg, he is a CM and dangerous with precise passes from anywhere. This is why we will still go for CDM in summer.

Zak isn't even out for long, but with the much he has shown he is better than having RLC and instead of buying Caicedo or Rice for £80m weaken the morale of Andrey Santos who may be worth that if given a season like Caicedo, why not go with Zakaria, probability of all three, Kante, Kovacic and Zakaria being injured is low and Zakaria could make a good squad player while Kante or Kovacic starts. You want Chelsea to buy Caicedo when Kante and Kovacic are still in the squad

I don’t think we will retain Zak due to his recurring injury so probably the club will get Caceido or Rice. We have so many unfit midfielders even if they are good which the board are aware of. I don’t want Enzo to be use in every position in midfield so that he can focus more in his primary role.

The level, competitiveness, exposure and quality of the team/league is the cause. In South America, players want to start playing so they can be seen and bought by European clubs which is where the money, fame and laurels are. Those guys are mostly motivated by poverty so they want to start quick.
