If only James can stay fit so that we never go back to back 3 again. We just need a progressive controller in midfield. We all saw the one time pass odegaard gave martinelli yesterday, that’s what we lack in our midfield and those are the type of ball Havertz always call for but no service most times until he retreat, these things kill strikers confidence. This is why I believe in Havertz, we just have to get our midfield purchase right. Sterling should remain as RWF, he is much better there than LWF due to his inability to drive the ball in properly.

Jorg will be sold end of season. Kante stays and play CDM only. If chelsea sell Kante it will be a big blunder, because his next phase of usefulness will be solely CDM. His game play need to be changed if we want to see his best again, just as cr7 changed from winger to CF.

Not at all, and even if it does,that amount is just too much for a midfielder. So how much is he going to sign a LWF,RWF like Robben,Salah and Hazard that guarantee goals or a proper striker who is expected to score certain amount of goals. Omo Enzo better makes sure he gets his all his passes completed,never get dispossessed even if he has ten players marking him and also be getting 8assists in a season without playing corner and indirect freekicks.

Nkunku is that player. Pulisic/nkunku havertz/fofana sterling/hutchinson. Zyech will be sold, probably pulisic too if we want another top winger.

Enzo is creative and hardworking, if he click in epl then no need for another creative midfielder. Him kova and either Jorginho or kante in three man midfield will win the league next season.

Those defense he bought will turn out well, Potter just have to build with 4 at the back, strengthen the midfield as they are about to do and the team will turn out formidable soon.

I believe Potter is wise enough to continue playing Sterling from the RWF since he is not great in carrying the ball from LWF. Nkunku Havertz/Fofana Sterling upfront next season.

This is why our midfield look imbalance:
-Kante is at his best in two man midfield, because he is not a great dictator of the ball and not a great passer.
-Kovacic doesnt release the ball to running attackers on time and most times pass to the wrong runner thereby killing so many chances of scoring.
-Jorginho is defensively subdued so the probability of us loosing when playing any decent team is very high.

We would’ve won another epl if the club didn’t sell Matic and get Fabinho instead of bakayoko.

Injury is another hinderance we are having currently hence our position in the table.

my happiness be say ziyech go come next week ,he will probably start against Forrest,freeing up left wing for Sterling because pulisic no be am ,our attackers final decision making is horrendous,.

I still prefer Pulisic to start ahead of Zyech.

That's like another £200m. It won't happen bro. Boehly is not afraid to spend money but I will be surprised if we are shelling stupid money like that again. Look at the profile of players we are targeting now. The scouting department is starting to work.

Just look at what we bought with the last £300m spent. Lukaku, Cucu, CSO, Sterling. We could have filled these spots with players that don't cost a thing, and we will be in the same spot.

That 3 at the back cost us greatly, made tuchel to start recruiting more defenders. We need a formation pattern/identity, from there we start signing players that suit it. No more three at the back, it’s too defensive.

Hutchinson should take Pulisic space. Pulisic should be sold.

I will be the happiest man. Enzo and Jorginho in this formation will see out the season well.

Zakaria lack awareness sometimes. Pulisic looking fragile and complacent as usual, this type of player cost you game because their complacency can rub on the team’s mentality.

Koulibaly lack positioning, he just run to anywhere the person holding the ball is without considering his position he left behind.

10/SS, can competently play RW but he excels in the center around the box. can create, score and coordinate play.

This will be possible when we have a solidified CDM.

Marina did rubbish signings by going for weaklings. Tuchel was just confused on where to fill in the team.

I’ve stopped blaming attackers at Chelsea until we address that midfield.

He should learn tactical defending from Thiago and Van Dijk
