Though it might be legally justified but for the sake of humanity, its not worth it killing fellow humans because he was found with heroin, at least he's not going on a mission to harm anyone.
Some justice don't just measure up......that's if we can be human for once.

Death penalty for drug traffickers is simply inhumane. They don't deserve death.

Most people would say Adolph Hitler, but aside the Nazis here are some of the most wicked people that walked the earth.


1) K. D. Kempamma alias Mallika is a 45 year old
lady, who is also infamously known as Cyanide
Mallika. She apparently hung around various
temples in South India posing herself as a
pious lady who was well versed with religious
rituals. She gained confidence of many rich
women and befriended them. She then
suggested them of specific rituals to rid them
of their bad times. She then chose her venue
carefully to conduct the ritual and instructed
her victims to wear all their jewellery during the
ritual. During ritual she offered her victims
cyanide laced water in guise of holy water.
After the victims dropped dead she would
decamp with their ornaments. She was
arrested and charged with murders on 6
accounts. She was awarded death penalty in
2010, which was later reduced to life
imprisonment in August of 2012.


2) David Parker Ray's M.O. was complex and
horrifying. He fixed up a trailer called his "toy
box" complete with a gynecological table with
straps and mirrors so that the victim could
watch everything he did to them. His weapons,
he called his "friends" were both sexual and not
sexual, he had detailed research into ALL the
ways you can inflict pain to a person, internally,
externally, sexually, with electricity, with blades,
with crushing minor body parts (like fingers).
He had the tools to do that research and the
tapes of that research. After the torture and
rape session, the victim was played "her tape"
over and over again. David Parker Ray refused
to say what happened to the women after that
or for how long he played their rape and torture
tapes for them. When asked, he only smiled.
Unfortunately, mere asking the question likely
delighted him so much in the memory of them
that it would have been impossible to get an
answer. He died in prison in 2002 of a heart
attack on the way to a more thorough
interrogation hoping to learn the whereabouts
of all his victims. The locations, and true
number of his victims died with him.


3) Albert Fish AKA Hamilton Fish sent this letter to the mother of one of his victims:
"My Dear Mrs. Budd,
... I made up my mind
to eat her. On the pretense of taking her to
a party. You said Yes she could go. I took
her to an empty house in Westchester I had
already picked out. When we got there, I
told her to remain outside. She picked
wildflowers. I went upstairs and stripped all
my clothes off. I knew if I did not I would
get her blood on them. When all was ready
I went to the window and called her. Then I
hid in the closet until she was in the room.
When she saw me all naked she began to
cry and tried to run down stairs. I grabbed
her and she said she would tell her
mamma. First I stripped her naked. How
did she kick -- bite and scratch. I choked
her to death, then cut her in small pieces so
I could take the meat to my rooms. Cook
and eat it. How sweet and tender her little
ass was roasted in the oven. It took me 9
days to eat her entire body. I did NOT ****
her tho I could have had I wished. She died
a VIRGIN."


4) Abdul Quader Molla - The Butcher of Mirpur
As a member of the formidable Al-Badr
militia of former East Pakistan (now
Bangladesh), he orchestrated the mass
murder and rape of innocent Bangladeshi
people during 1971's Bangladesh Liberation
War , thus becoming a chief perpetrator of
one of the worst humanitarian crises in
history.
Abdul Quader Mollah - then a 23 year old
Dhaka University graduate joined Al-Badar - the
paramilitary force of the Islami Chhatra Sangha
- the student wing of the extremist Jamaat-e-
Islami Party in 1971. He abetted the Pakistani
Army and Razakar militias during the
Bangladesh Liberation War to carry out horrible
atrocities against the people of his own nation.
The most notorious one was the mass murder
of hundreds of people (344 proven) of Mirpur ,
which earned him the infamous epithet of
Butcher of Mirpur . He even killed a two year
old child by smashing him to the ground with
his own hands.
In spite of these inhuman crimes, he roamed
free in independent Bangladesh and even
contested the national elections (although
unsuccessfully) for Jamaat-e-Islami. He raised
to the ranks of Assistant Secretary for the party
in 2010 and became a member of the
prestigious Bangladesh National Press Club.


5). Dr. Josef Mengele, nicknamed The Angel Of
Death. tortured men, women and children and
did medical experiments of unspeakable horror
during the Holocaust. Victims were put into
pressure chambers, tested with drugs,
castrated, frozen to death. Children were
exposed to experimental surgeries performed
without anesthesia, transfusions of blood from
one to another, isolation endurance, reaction to
various stimuli. The doctors made injections
with lethal germs, sex change operations,
removal of organs and limbs.
At Auschwitz Josef Mengele did a number of
medical experiments, using twins. These twins
as young as five years of age were usually
murdered after the experiment was over and
their bodies dissected.
Mengele injected chemicals into the eyes of
the children in an attempt to change their eye
color. He carried out twin-to-twin transfusions,
stitched twins together, castrated or sterilized
twins. Many twins had limbs and organs
removed in macabre surgical procedures,
performed without using an anesthetic.
