When I went to withdraw the first time at the bank I was handed in USD bills lol. I thought I was gonna receive in naira.

Withdraw the USD bills and sell it to BDC operators. They will give you the naira equivalent.

Do you really want to spend that much to power the things you mentioned? If you go the DC route, you could save some cost. Buy a laptop power bank for around 200k or 330k, buy two 150W solar panels to charge for less than 100k, and buy a solar charge controller for around 40k and you are good to go. You will need some wires for the connections and DC breakers. You can also add an inverter to it in the future if you want.

You can also buy only the power bank and charge with light too. The 330k is about 1230Wh.

3. I actually didn't charge immediately, I just reduce the ba3 to 10% then I charged to full with good power supply. NEPA (with full current), Lister and some powerful generator with good voltage (not "I pass my neighbour" ) are good.....but I don't like using solar or power bank.

I have seen biz relationship that started well at a start,and thereafter get worse.some may get rough at a start,then get better later.

Since using escrow doesn't stop a seller from getting his proceeds from a deal, I see no reason why any genuine seller should have an issue with it. It increases buyer confidence as well. I don't see why I have to trust my instinct on a 50-50 chance when there are better ways of buyer protection.
