Hmmm. Bs submitted which i thank God for everytin. Bt right nw am so depressed dat i've cried out my eyes out. Thank God we bought all delivery requirement needed by d clinic b4 d delivery nd d delivery fee ws reduced since am on scheme. Bt whn we got home we were left with just 5000 including bank acct which we hv bn managing to a point we wr left with just 500. On Wednesday while breastfeeding my lo looked at his eyes and saw he hs Jaundice did nt knw whn it started cos it did'nt shw at d clinic nd d baby cn sleep during d day, d white part of his eyes hs turned yellow. I called one of d midwife from d clinic who stays around to cm nd examine him. She cm nd if i want quick treatment i shld tk him to d clinic to be put under d light, the charge is 2500k per hour or i shld use the morning sun whc cn tk up2a week. She prescribed some drugs2 buy. Whn she left i started crying cos we dnt hv money to buy even paracetamol. No food in d house me breastfeeding baby with dizziness, with my feet shaking while walking. Today is his circumcision no money for dat, nd if d jaundice is nt cleared he cant be circumcised. Dh hs bn meeting friends sometin he destaste so much. Its still promises upon promises bn dat d country is hard. I suggested to him dt we shld go nd get d drugs on credit promising2 to pay n 2wks time. God jst touched d heart of d woman nd she gv us d drugs on credit. I've bn administering it2 him nd bringing him to d sun. There is an improvement. As am typing dis am filled tears. No means to get baby tins dt hs bn exhausted. Whn i luk at my lo i cry. Mamas i need words of encouragement, feel i shld pour out my heart to relieve me. I eat twice a day, some days jst tea nd bread. Dh will be crying like a baby, dis is a trial we shall scale throu. I hv birthed my lo alive he will stay.

Like i said i tot dt ws d end did'nt knw dey hv messed up jaijaina. D next thing i heard ws nurse who actually handled my delivery telling d other dt she cant suture d cervix, dt if its ordinary vj tear is different. D other nurse said she too cant she shld call d doctor on duty, they hv residential doctor. I ws weak, dey were cleaning my blood, i ws jst praying it shld nt lead to excessive bleeding. They gv me injection to control bleeding and drip for energy. The nurse dt went2 call d doctor cm and i asked her whr is d doc, she said d doc asked her2go nd suture d cervix, a task she hs acknowledged is above her. Na only me waka come for my mind o. Dt ws hw she brought out instrument nd ws askn me2 assist her2 hold scissors nd drag it up whn she hook the thread. Wetin i go do nw i obeyed na life i dey find, d other nurse don kuku vamoose from d labour room after cleaning up my son. By nw dh ws around he entered d labour room saw nd ws almost in tears bt she asked him2 leave. Just then d doc cm in wore his hand glove asked her2 go bring theater light dat she cant inside the cervix with just normal light. I said nawa o dis nurse 4do any hw work for my mind o. The light cm and doc ws directing nd guiding her on wht to do, he told her while his doing dt is for future occurrence, she shld be able2 handle d situation without a doc presence. After d first stitch, dey entered d second and then d third one been d last. Na so i still thank the doc for coming cos dont knw d kind of work she would hv done. I thanked her too cos she pack my pool no be small. In all I give Jehovah God the praise.

Gud day to all mamas who congratulated me on the arrival of my son and congrats to those that hv birthed their lo, those dt hv left ttc thread with a bfp. Vigilante is real, plenty pages to catch up........... B.S. Remember i told the house about my preterm labour on 1st Sept. Jehovah saw me thro. Fast forward to 4th Oct went for ANC checked and ws asked to cm bk on 11th Oct my next appointment. The next day 5th oct went for another ANC i registered in two places a health center operated by Shell and the 2nd is at home run by a midwife. So whn it ws my turn she checked and said i'm in labour already 2cm. I told her tht am nt feeling any sign of labour she said its called dry labour dt d pains will increase gradually dt i will deliver the next day afternoon. I called dh to cm bk home whr he hs gone2 luk4 our daily bread. Dh cm nd i told him. He said ok once is 9pm i shld start going2 the Shell health center cos am on insurance scheme there. By 9pm still no sign of labour took my bath and went to the clinic. Two nurses were on duty, i also met two mothers who hv birthed their lo. I ws checked already 5cm. Then i started feeling d pains at dsame time feeling sleepy, so i laid on d bed to sleep and my son said ok lets sleep together. D contraction stopped and we slept, the nurses too hv gone2 sleep. By 3am d mothers in d ward said madam ur nt suppose to sleep go nd tk a walk using d corridors since everywhr is locked. I stood up ws walking the corridor from beginning to d end, end2 beginning. The contraction became stronger by 5am ws 8cm and d nurse ruptured my membrane. By 7am i ws on fire d contraction ws so strong dat i ws feeling d urge2 pool. Ws tkn2 labour room nd asked to push with d next contraction. I push whn d next contraction came did again but they said am nt progressing tht infact i've gotten a tear from the cervis dat d cervis is down so i shld nt push again bt endure d pains dt comes with each contraction. Una knw say cervis dey dwn una say mk i push, ws tlking in my mind o, I saw hell, they asked me to lye on my left. Dat ws my positioned and d contraction ws hitting me with my son forcing his way too. Finally i felt the head of my baby i scream dat am feeling d head dey asked to nw lye on bk nd push, with 3 pushes my lovely son cm out. I ws filled with smiles. PART TWO LOADING

@kokozain This No.8 hs cm2 stay with Gods special might. Try2 find out what induces the miscarriages. Pls change d hospital, a hospital yet she had 7 miscarriages with them. What did they diagnosed. Is it possible for to change environment for the main time as in leaving the state completely if u ar nt from thr and she hs ppl in other states. 7 miscarriages is just too much. Abeg mamas dat hs more advise pls hlp a brother.

To God b all d glory my baby arrived dis morning by 12:15 am. Was 8cm when I arrived D hospital by 9:30. Indeed wat God said in d Bible was for me(Is 66:7 ).and God who did it for me will do it for other mama's in d huz.its a boy,edd was Oct 6 but delivered Sept 26.

Up of my tummy is paining me, my pelvis is not my own again because my baby has renovated her 3bedroom flat to duplex there.
My throat is doing me as if there's something there and no matter the amount of water I drink it's still there.
Night sleep is less than 5hours and afternoon sleep is zero.

Calcium is generally present in dairy products, meat and most things we eat today. Neonatal tetany (not tetanus) used to be fairly common in the past presumably on account of the rather poor diet our mothers had, so it made sense for Calcium to be a standard antenatal prescription. These days neonatal tetany (which is easily treatable through calcium supplementation of the newborn is hardly seen). If a woman has no calcium deficiency it stands to reason that dietary calcium should be adequate to meet the needs of a developing fetus.

It saves antenatal cost, the woman is not confounded with drugs she doesnt need that might make her neglect to take the most important ones she needs. Unnecessary calcium supplementation could lead to excessive deposit of the mineral in the placenta causing premature placental ageing, impaired function and efficiency.

Babies usually add more wait during this period, she should reduce her intake of carbohydrate. 4.8kg is too much, hope d sonographer did not make a mistake.
