The ' free sms gateway ' websites offer are just advert . when you really want to use the sms , they will explain to you that you can only send 10- 15 sms (depending on the site) to test the quality of there services but if you really saw any website that is so generous to offer free sms please post ..php mailer will send e-mails but not sms

First stop any further recording on the cam. Install a software called 'tune up' in a pc, remove the memory case from the cam and insert it to the pc, them use 'tune up' to recover the file. You have to know the name or part of the name of the file you are looking for. But if you don't know name .. I have to describe this orally .

the person should be specific. Is the data already in the data base? If yes ,I think it simply means. go to the data base, select(all or specific) user data from users where nationality= south america. Then present it in the person that sent u. The person that sent u was supposed to specify the data he or she wants ,if he did not then give him every thing. But if the data is not in the db then you have to design a page that will colect the specified data.
