Around this time last year, I also applied. Saw all the red flags and decided not to waste my time. Now, they have so many of their “agents” on LinkedIn posting the same job. There’s a deal breaker! Even if the company name- one percent isn’t indicated on the job, I already know their pattern. They ALWAYS end the post with “there’s room for training” or whatever. Can’t remember the exact phrase. RUN! I couldn’t even get to watch the video in the first screenshot to the end. NO TIME! 1 Like

Chee59:Well, I don’t think so. Yes, there used to be but it is now limited to some extent. I’m a dark-skinned lady and I appreciate that complexion more. If the stigma was that serious, I think the likes of Genevieve, Ini, Stephanie and the rest wouldn’t make it in the movie industry. Now if you go back to my list, you’ll still find these black beauties. People appreciate them more now, especially since there’s been awareness on being comfortable in your own skin. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Chee59:feel free to add yours sis. I have like 5 dark-skinned ladies up there. I think it has to do with the fact that most of these actresses are fair. We can’t but recognize those with beautiful dark skin if we see them. Those are the ones I know. 1 Like |
