As a owner of a building project always be on deck and have eyes
Compare prices of materials your self…
Engineers greed are among the factors of high cost of building.

Take it easy
We have a project that is 95 percent complete

2 unit of 2 bedroom duplex

Equipped with solar, standing ac, gas , expeller, washing machine, finger print door, griller , chandelier, screeded wall, pop, increant floor etc

Gentle men the cost for the 2 set of the 2 bedroom duplex in total
Money spent as at today is not up to 120m

You guys shouldn’t allow anything discourage you Biko

Please note we did flat roofing for the two duplex
House would be completed this January
I’m not sending pictures I have noting to prove

Houses are been sold in Lekki for 500m
Not just because the building alone is worth the amount…
It is the land location that is worth that amount …

15-20m will build you a 2-3 bedroom bungalow
With good finishing

Mind you among most expensive things in building is iron rod
And you don’t need much to build a bungalow
Bye
you spoke very well bro.very very well. And I like the fact u said no need to post pics.cos the doubting Thomas we have on this forum if u like post ur blokos they will stil have smthg to say. Also thanks for letting us know it’s flat roof.flat roof is cheap.parapet and my roof work took me over 30m.my house is a 6 bed duplex with 4 palors.with gate house that is also upstairs.

Please I need serious advice and breakdown
50m won’t do it well with tasteful finishing.standard bungalow now is about .65m.duplex standard 180-200m.Note that 50m was building a duplex before the drug lord became a president

15million wetin?

Is this some kind of a joke?

I guess it's been long to price building materials.

Excluding the land, the 15m will not take your standard 3bed room past 70%.

Many years aback, my mother use to make a statement, "Move away from poor people, and mingle more with your level'', i use to find that statement to be rather classist, but i can tell you that she was right. Yes inequality and poverty is rife in our society, but there is a limit to what you can do to help people's situation.

The year 2024 has been a blessed one for me business wise, as i got to invest more of what i earned in my business but the call for help, please help me send, can you lend me request can be overwhelming.

As a hyper independent person it is sad to say that i haven't even gotten a gift from people i have helped touched their life in one way other. Even people who borrowed with the promise to pay back haven't fulfilled their commitment.

I am blessed to have a bit of financial success which i hope to last long and outlive my generation, i can't inconvineince myself to beck on everybody's call. At every point i must look at how i put myself first. So this 2025 i plead with all netizens to put themself first and discard any freeloader that may be a threat to your finances.

Not in our time.

The Bible made it clear those gifts was done away with (speaking in tongues, prophecy etc).

That's why it is necessary to read your Bible not just believe everything the preacher says. Because I read mine, I could easily decipher their antics.

sharap,Dem no dey see anything! nada!all na guess work and vague suppositions..the real power or gift of prophecy hàs gone with the prophets of Old who were actually called and ordained by God himself as told in the bible.the like of Elijah, Elisha, Enoch, Samuel , Joel etc were not product of theology school or some backwater Church, they were the real deal.they gave prophecies as directed by God ,specific and direct not a single word added or omitted.even Nostradamus sàw better vision than all these jokers
no insult me I sure say i senior u.i am saying people have gift of seeing.i didn’t say pastor or prophet.even me so if I see something for dream I Dey Dey worried cos 98% of my dream Dey happen.i don’t stand with the pastors or prophets I just know some people can see what others can’t.Its a product of having a strong spirit.

What if they did not believe in your Christ? What happens to muslims and traditionalists among them? Your Christ will just come and force everybody to wake up and face judgement. Judge them for what exactly? For their lives and their activities that have been played to them shortly before their brains shut down? Do you even know how people die and what transpires immediately after death? Nobody is judging anybody except karma that will make them experience the evils they did in this life when they return in their next lives. For every evil you do now, you will serve the punishment here in one way or the other and if you don't finish serving the punishment, it will be waiting for you when you reincarnate. Religion is made by man and for man as means of control, it doesn't take you to anywhere so forget it.
I stand with u.But I believe in God.Its all complicated
