Today, I went to V.I to collect my certificate, unfortunately my certificate was not found.

What could be the problem?

Also, what's the way forward?

Have you seen someone who has experienced this and how long did it take to get the certificate?

Why this question is, I want to proceed for my further studies. I'm really in need of the certificate to process my admission.

My name came out on the graduating list.

It is compulsory even if you are not attending. After convocation, you will pay 15k instead of 20k.
Of the 20k for convocation, 5k is for gown which will be returned after a student return his gown and submit his details.
So, after convocation, you will pay 15k and 5k for alumni
