From your post, you seems to be implying that Pastor Adeboye does not preach Holiness and the whole bible like Pastor Kumuiyi.

You are entitled to your opinion Sir. I respect them both and I know they are doing the work of Him that called them.

I quite agree with you, But one thing I will want people to understand is that, no matter how you preach or warn people, they will still behave the way they want to. that is human being. Do not judge a pastor because of his congregation. I want you all to know that, because pastor kumuyi preaches holiness always doesn't mean that 80% of deeper life member are living holiness life. do not judge them with their dressing. and the same things apply to Baba Adeboye. you can only force a donkey to a river, but you cant force it to drink out of the river. Adeboye is trying, but he should put more effort. and I can see that, he is a humble man of God and quickly yield to correction, just like Kumuyi. you can see that RCCG too has started retreat too, on and on it goes on.

please, do not add to what I said. I am not condemning the time you spent in praying, if you have read my thread from the begining, you will know that I have praised the muslims for the time they spent in praying. But what is wrong is bowing to the east before you pray. You heard what the lord him self said about it in book of Ezikiel? Even if you yourself believe you are bowing to God, but your leader who initiate the idea of you bowing to east knows what you are doing.
Look at the 24 men who turn to the east and bow to the east too may think they were doing the right things, but look what the lord said to them?
Read the book of Ezikiel 8:16 again, islam practicing has being before the time of Jesus and the lord has always be angry with them, even when the 25 men started the practice of islam.
Bro think of how to save your own soul, no imam, father or mother will be there when God will be judging you, and if he condemn you, then you are lost forever in hell fire. Not for a day or trillion years, but it is forever.

proevan: Naturally I don't think you can get that close to Kumuyi, but the pointer is that you will be close to the next Kumuyi of your generation and thus will influence your spiritual life. It is ovbious that the camp dream was on Kumuyi and not Adeboye.
God is showing that you are important to Him but y ou have to be more responsive to His call and be ready to sacrifice more. Godspeed

he can get closer to this present Kumuyi, or are you limiting the work of God? With God all things are possible. If its in the plan of God to get closer to this present Kumuyi, then who can change Gods plan? It will just happen like magic

I have watch one Winners program where Adeboye was invited by Bishp Oyedepo, to come and minister in his church

Kumuyi too is a very humble man of God, if Daddy G.O can Invite him to come and preach in his camp, I dont think there is something wrong in that, after all, that was one of the assignment the lord has vested on him, not to keep the message to deeper life church alone, but to go everywhere and preach.

I felt so much pity for Muslims, despite all their time they spent praying, 5 times in a day, young, children and old spent much time praying, and also learn to fast, there is no lazyness among them because they are all zealeous in serving their god, not knowing they are walking on the wrong direction. How many Christains pray five times a week? Oh How I wish the lord can open their eyes to see they are walking on the broaden part which lead to destruction. Muslim, you cant serve the lord without obeying his words, and you cant obey his word without accepting Jesus as your lord, because Jesus is the word of God. Dont think about what you leader has taught you, they will not be there when the lord will judge you, and when the lord reject you from entering heaven, there will be only one place left for you to go and this is a fire that never dies, and there you will be forever and ever.
Why dont you think of it in your own way and ask your self these little questions
why must i have to face a single direction before I pray? Is my God ont ominipresent God?
Why must I go to hell if my urine touches my body? Is that how wicked my God is?
Why is it that that black box in Mecca not open for everyone to see what is inside? Why is it even black?
I have heard of many Christains that has died and woke up 2 to 3 days after death, why cant we also extend our day of burial, why burying them immediately? What if they woke up in their grave?

You have so many questions to ask yourself about your religion

I tell you the truth, there is no other way to escape hell except trough Jesus
you have heard from many sources but yet you fails to believe? If you die and end up knowing the truth that Jesus is the way, it will be too late to accept him, but you will be condemn to hell forever.

AS FOR ME
If I become the head of this country, the first thing I will do is seeking the face of the lord, because no human, no politician can change any country but God alone.
I will ask every one to go into 7 days fasting and prayer, to ask for forgiveness of our sins. We have all sins against the lord, and the curse the lord made in the book of Ezikiel is affecting us.
Isaiah 53:6 All of us like sheep have gone astray, Each of us has turned to his own way; But the LORD has caused the iniquity of us all To fall on Him

Firstly the first 3 days belong to the Muslims, and the other three days belong to the Christians. The remaining one day will be used to destroy the activities of darkness in the country
As a Christians, the first day, Adeboye of Redeem Christians Church of God will lead the prayer Nationwide, and it will be done on NTA. The seconday, Olukoya of mountain of Fire and Miracle ministry will also lead the prayer worldwide, and the third day, Pastor Kumuyi of Deeperlife will lead the prayer and sermon. On the firth day, the three will join hand and lead a prayer against the work of darkness in Nigeria. I trust Olukoya, they will all die by fire

trustman: The popular portion that is usually quoted with respect to tithing is Malachi 3: 8-11. This passage refers to what was expected of the nation Israel to do amongst other things: One thing amongst others that they were equally required to keep doing. The original instruction for this was from the Book of the Law. There is therefore the need to go to the Mosaic Law to CLEARLY understand ALL that God asked Israel to do. A misunderstanding of God’s instruction will obviously lead to misapplication which we find all over the place today.

For those who choose the route of keeping the law, of which tithing is a part, God’s requirement for getting a pass mark is 100% adherence to ALL the requirements of the law. This was the point James 2: 10 makes clear. The Law required strict adherence to ALL its tenets. Whoever keeps most of the law but fails in one point has become accountable for all of it. So, failing in one point, as far as the law was concerned, means breaking ALL of it! Therefore any Christian today who keeps one or two aspects of the law such as tithing or paying firstfruits offering and thinks he is accepted by God on that basis is making a big mistake.

Some will claim ‘tithing by faith’ which perhaps means they say they choose to tithe like Abraham and so are not doing it under the law since Abraham did it pre-law. If it is to massage their consciences that they do this, fine. But they still need to show if God commanded or instructed them, as Christians, to do it that way.

For the Malachi 3 crowd however, they need to know that they are expected to COMPLETELY fulfill the rest of the Mosaic Law. That is why we have in Galatians 5:3 – “Again I declare to every man who lets himself be circumcised (one aspect of God’s instruction that every Israelite was to fulfill) that he is obligated to obey the whole law”. Is this not clear enough? If you choose to live by or adopt one command of the law for your spiritual life you are expected to adopt every other one for you to be acceptable to God.

So if you tithe, you are obligated to keep the whole law. That is what the Bible says. Maybe you can now begin to see the seriousness of this matter!

A. IT'S DATE
Actually, Christmas (or CHRIST-mass) was the direct adoption of a heathen festival observed on December 24 and 25, in honor of the son of the Babylonian queen, Astarte. Observed for centuries BEFORE CHRIST, the Chaldeans called this "child day" or "yule day". (Does the expression, "yule time season" sound familiar)?

THE TIME OF JESUS' BIRTH
There is no indication whatsoever, that CHRIST was born on Dec. 25. Rather, from everything found in scripture, one must conclude that He was born during the warmer months of the year. For one thing we know he was laid in a manager (outside in an unheated stable). The cold months in Israel (from Dec. to Feb.) are generally too severe for traveling to pay a tax, as Joseph did with his family. One must realize that all travel in those days was by foot, or leastways by very primitive means; scripture tells us that shepherds were in the fields. THE WISE MEN MYTH...
The manger display you see every Christmas with the wise men isn't true! It's tradition and tradition is unreliable! The bible doesn't say THREE wise men! It doesn't give a number. Remember, it said all Jerusalem was troubled when they entered the city. So they would have to travel in large caravans so that they could pass the crime infested desert regions. When the wisemen saw JESUS he was 18 months old (or older) and no longer a baby. The bible says they went to the "young child's HOUSE".

NO SCRIPTURAL BASIS FOR CELEBRATING CHRISTMAS...
We know further that the apostles did not observe the day we do as CHRIST's birthday. Tertullian, writing in the middle of the THIRD CENTURY, lamented the fact that Christians were BEGINNING to observe the customs of the heathen in this regard. He said, "Gifts are carried to and fro, New Year's Day presents are made with din, (loud noise) sports and banquets are celebrated with uproar."
