I just observed something I felt I should share with us here

And it's this thing called false urgency...

Sometime back, I used to call this female friend of mine and after talking for close to 20 minutes thereabouts, she's always pulling the line 'I gotta go' and I'm like 'Hold up, I called you, definitely I have something to say'... Normally we're friends and usually some of the times I call her, it's because it's been a while we talked and I always make sure I called when I felt she was going to be less busy...

And I noticed the trend continued over multiple calls and I actually thought it was abnormal cos she's also eager to talk to me and all. And I was wondering, 'is there something I say that's wierd, or was I getting boring or something?'

Then, I was actually convinced that it's a trick, a tactic and a strategy used by many girls

I also read a book by Roosh V that confirmed that...

When a girl cancels your plans to meet (a date) at the last moment, or she intentionally refuses to pick your calls, or doesn't reply your messages on time or something, and it continues as a pattern, check it, she could be doing this...

Usually, girls do it in order to pass a message across to you that they are valuable or something, don't take the bait and be clingy... If she cancels at the last moment, don't talk. Then later on, let her know that your time is valuable and you detest such arrangement and if possible ask her for her reason for cancellation at the last moment and maybe an apology.

Same goes with coming to a date late and related issues. On the issues of calls and texts, don't call a girl multiple times in a row, same with text (except it's urgent)... Just don't appear clingy

Don't let the trick work on you and pass that message across to her too (it doesn't have to be verbally)

It could come in any format, like setting the time for a date which is not convenient for you and she doesn't want to reconsider claiming that she's busy... Well, let her know you're busy too and value your time and you won't be pushed around like a pendulum
