Believers need to learn how to give thanks especially during the not so good times. Sometimes when you feel so down and can only see the bad things around, a 'simple Thank you Jesus' expressed with hope could just lighten the whole atmosphere

The scriptures clearly condemn worrying. Unfortunately a lot of believers worry, I want to humbly submit that one trait peculiar to champions is gratitude even in the bad situations, it not only clears the mind, it chases away worry and you'd see them standing strong after the situation

Then the third which is the least known of them all is investing. Few people actually get to invest (capital issues), but fewer people actually invest right... But this is very important in gathering and sustaining wealth. You need to know how to multiply money

Unfortunately, we're only gifted in one thing, SPENDING money and knowing what else to do with money is not easy and requires intentional knowledge

So in semen, which is actually the stuff that comes out when a man ejaculates, there are sperm cells and a whole lot of things which includes proteins, lipids, minerals, water etc

So all of these different parts of the semen are produced in different parts of the male reproductive system and then comes together during ejaculation to be transported out through the urethra and into the female's vagina

So, semen in actual fact contains sperm cells which can get a woman pregnant

But precum, nah. It is produced in a different part of the male reproductive system known as cowper's gland and it's function is to provide lubrication for the penis to be able to perform in the vagina during sex and in actual fact does NOT contain sperm cells which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to make a woman pregnant

But on the other hand, and this is important. If a guy has just ejaculated, some of the semen (which contains the actual sperm cells) could actually be retained in the urethra. So, if this guy decides to go for round 2, lol, the precum could actually carry the semen along...

Except in the case of the guy urinating after sex in order to flush the semen retained in the urethra out... And the typical guy would actually agree with me if they've observed that their urine after sex (or wet dream) usually starts with a cloudy discharge before the clear urine.

What do you think guys, did this shock you as it did to me?

All in all, as a biologist, I'd say, always practice safe sex, stay safe guys

Agbo is herbs, made of plants. I don't think that excessive intake of it is that harmful owing to the fact that plant food dissolves and is quickly absorbed by human body system. Unlike chemical/synthetic drugs.

Except the fact that the plants (or leaves) themselves contain a LOT of different chemicals

Plus some of the drugs you talk about were manufactured from extracts from medicinal herbs themselves and passed through different lab tests to be able to be used to fight specific diseases

Compared to when you take agbo which contains many different chemicals to fight just one ailment, plus the fact that there are no standardized regulations for these agbo which could mean taking in excessive amounts which could be harmful, do you get?

First off, you need to agree you need help if not, you no go see reason to stop

Second, examine your financial habits. What do you do? Do you overspend? Are you carrying more expenses than your income? Do you do impulsive buying? What exactly makes you broke? Do you need another stream of income? Once you examine the problem, work at solving it and you should have some money on ground.

Then, you need start saving and take it very seriously.

Then the next thing is to have emergency fund, at least 6 - 12 months old set up for emergencies. This should be what you should be relying on during emergencies if it comes up at all till things balance again.

With these, you should have balanced that problem a bit and hopefully don't have to be selling your properties again
