bligs: The financial year is almost over and most state have suspended application/nomination till maybe early Aug after receiving slots for next financial year.
No one can predict exactly what will happen next financial year regarding 189, Base on this financial year, VIC won't nominate you while living in another state and you will need a job offer in WA for 190. PS: Hardly will a state nominate for 190 while living in another state. WA may nominate you but you will have to move to the state and provide evidence of residency and job offer with 60days. All these are based on this financial year requirements for nomination. Thanks for this. |

tunlex01: you cannot state you are offshore if you are onshore. That's misrepresentation and could lead to nomination or visa refusal. What is your occupation and which state? I'm currently onshore in Sydney. Occupation is Mech Engr. 190 EOI was lodged for VIC, WA and NSW. Single 189 was lodged. |

Hilderbrand: Hello Tunlex01, Just a question. If you are residing in Aussie currently, is it good to lodge an EOI using "Australia" as usual place of residence? Or can one still use Nigeria? Let me know what you think because I have racked up to 80 points for 189 and 85 for 190 but i am yet to hear from them regarding 189 or 190 visa. (Mech. Engr) Not applying for 491. Just 189 and 190. Thanks. |

tunlex01: very likely, I am not sure. It depends on the occupation you are assessing. A level 2 occupation requires AQF 6 for assessment than a level 3 occupation. It may or may not work. You can also call or email TRA. Hello Tunlex01, Just a question. If you are residing in Aussie currently, is it good to lodge an EOI using "Australia" as usual place of residence? yousee: Please when paying for the assessment on EA, which is it? 1. Standard competency demonstration report OR 2. Competency demonstration report plus relevant skilled employment ASSESSMENT.
Thanks If you are in Naija.. Option 1 probably if you are not considering migration to Australia. Option 2 if you wanna migrate to Australia. |

Beverlyjean: Same way she will be cursed and abused in her time of death ... death is a price everyone will pay... 96 is a blessing... uju u dont even know if u will get to 70 .
Queen Elizabeth dint start slave trade , and she definitely dint hv the power that her forefathers had when they ruled. They had no prime minister and government parliament when her forefathers ruled . They were lots of decisions she wud hv loved to make but cudnt do anything about it. She cudnt even allow her sister marry her true love cos powers that be dint allow her marry a divorcee .
Uju doesn't really know the way monarchy works... she actually thinks the British monarchy is like Russia and Putin that dictates or Kim of NK that sets and makes the rule ... the only reason the monarchy still exists is because they still wanna keep history and tradition. So getting to 70 is an achievement? Kai... black people. It is well. |
