it's one of 2 things a. she didn't submit a fraudulent statement and gets in touch with her bank to prove it's genuine or b. it is not genuine or she does not respond she will be denied and banned. more likely b than a because ircc would have contacted your bank before sending that letter if it's genuine she needs to consult an immigration lawyer if she's really serious about canada it is a very serious offence. and it will surely reflect to other embassies in my opinion miimssss: Hello NL’s
My colleague received a PFL (procedural fairness letter) today on the basis of fraudulent bank statement. Does this automatically mean 5 year’s ban? Or just a refusal ?
Is there any way she can get out of this situation ?? |

yes and no if you do not respond or your evidence is not believed to be genuine then you will be refused and banned. CharitoJames: Oh, not that the person will be refused or banned then. |

1. your biometrics letter will be sent within a day or 2 of submitting your application so your agent telling you it came 3 MONTHS LATER?! is definitely a lie 2.this sponsor things is not a one size fits all, what you have submitted can be enough there are many factors to that 100m, how long has he had that account, is it just one account that has the 100m, is there lump sum, is there good inflow and outflow, is his source of income stated that is where he makes his money from.(business docs etc if it's a business he runs), how many dependents does he have; wife, kids, staff, mortgage. 3.your agent should have included those things especially since you're the primary applicant they are very important. 5.have you sent them your medical sheet via webform? if so that's all you need to do for now. no one can tell you if what you've submitted will be enough to get a visa. just keep hope alive. bucceryor: Good day,
This thread would have been so helpful if I had come across it a little earlier, but I'm still optimistic that all will pan out for good. I'm using an agent. My questions are as follows:
1) is it possible to submit an application before biometrics (according to my agent), my application was submitted on March 19th, but I only just just my biometrics request letter on June, 30th? 2) is submitting just my sponsor's bank statements, notarized sponsor's letter and reference letter from his bank enough to cover for proof of funds. My brother who doubles as my sponsor has way over 100M in the said account? 3) I'm a federal civil servant, but she (the agent) didn't ask for any documents in that regards, I was expecting that she would request for my leave of absence letter, payslips, and letter of appointment. She never did and she kept telling not to bother about b those. 4) other documents she submitted on my behalf are: family pictures, academic certificates, birth certificate (my family and I), assets documents (used my husband's), children's, LOE, CV, admission letter, deferral payments receipt, parents assets documents, that's all I can remember for now, stamped pages of my old passport 5) upfront medical was done on 26th, April 6) biometrics done on 4th July, 2022. Do you think all these are enough to get the study visa? Kindly be respond soon as my heart is racing. Thanks |

A procedural fairness letter is sent by an immigration officer. The officer sends that letter to allow a visa candidate to respond to a concern about the documents that have been submitted by a visa seeker. you usually have 15 days to prove your document is genuine CharitoJames: What does Procedural Fairness letter mean? |

no it's not possible you could get deported for that. you have to be enrolled to work. you have to take a semester in that school first before transferring otherwise you'll need to apply for a new study permit but if you start first then change you'll just update them on your portal. makimakimaki: Please i have a question, is it possible to work for one year in canada without resuming once in canada and the next year going to a different school and maybe updating ircc about this change? The school i really want to go to is not taking more students until next year august. please i need advise. is there an issue with waiting until august 2023? without goint to the school that i am currently admitted to |

1.no you don't need to pay a deposit for university of manitoba but it shows commitment to just out some money there make sure you look at their refund policy well. 2.your tuition for 1 year+10,000living expenses and ideally another 5-10k extra but i feel this depends on your sponsor, do they have any dependants, staff, other responsibilities? then you will need to account for that. 3.honestly you cannot u of m tuition is about 16-20k per year+ 10K even on the low side you've used all the 10m and the way you said 'someone' makes me think it's not immediate family so you will need to show much much more i think 20m+ for a 4 year degree. boxymccoy: Good day everyone....... Pls I sincerely need your input here...... I got an undergraduate admission in university of Manitoba, University 1 category.... These are my questions. 1) Do I need to pay deposit before applying for Visa? 2) How much must I have in my account before applying? 3) Can I use someone that has like 10 million in his account as my sponsor? Will I stand a chance? I'm really confuse right now..... Pls advise a brother |

exactly this, it's either your application was denied and he had reapplied without your knowledge hence the application number change and if/when you receive ppr he will now charge you a ridiculous amount to get your login details to send your passport. my advice go to him in person and collect your details if he refuses take him to the police. Teemenzo: The truth is, your agent is lying to you get him arrested. Or better still, take police to him to open your gckey for you. Application number is assigned to applications based on their purpose of visit. We have ones that start with letter S which stands for Study permit and some V which stands for Visiting Visa |

a 1 year course isn't bad you can still get 1 year PGWP, a diploma might raise some questions especially with a 2:2,there will be some universities with 2 year PGD if that's what you want try centennial/conestoga college or for university- mcmaster university, university of alberta, memorial university of newfound land or better yet look through this site:[url] https://www.mastersportal.com/search/master?dur=[720,720]&di=24&ci=56&page=3[url]. fall 2023 will open this year so just start gathering your documents it's not far away. Jaykeyzeeee: I graduated from the department of Computer Science with a 2:2 Same related field of study But applying for a diploma doesn’t show progression, but rather a PGD does, but most of the courses relating to my field for PGD are usually a one year course or not even open for application for fall 2023 So I thought of applying for a Diploma programm in Network Administration which is a 2yr programm. Do you think this is a good decision and won’t be a red flag to the VO when I’m looking to apply for Visa |

something is definitely off here if you don't have access to your application you can't find out what's really happening, you NEED to ask for your 1.login details 2. all security questions and answers if your agent is reluctant to give you something is wrong. Segun7201: It is my agent that is incharge of my application, both emails
I did not have access to it.
But i was the one who sent webforms I used the uci and application number written on my biometrics request paper.
He called me this morning saying why did i send mail through the webform. |

you have 30 days from the date the letter is issued, you can ask for additional time but you will need to send a webform and provide a detailed explanation, you might have to do your biometrics in the country you're travelling to. oloyede1: Thanks for the fast reply.
What time frame must I do the biometrics?
Is it possible to extend in case I miss it? |
Travel › Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by hillary4003: 10:15pm On Jun 27, 2022 |
after you submit your application you'll get a biometrics letter then look at available appointments on vfs website if there is one available, you can't book/see available dates until you've submitted your application because you'll need a number, tomorrow is impossible but to even have a chance to do it next tomorrow you need to submit your application ASAP. oloyede1: My application is ready and I want to submit on Ircc portal today.
I heard after submitting and paying the biometric fees, I need to do biometric and fingerprint
Am traveling for the next 30 days starting from 1st of July. I want to know if I submit, I can do the biometric tomorrow or next.
Please guide |

it won't affect your application but you'll only be issued a maximum of 1 year and 3 months so to continue your education you'll need to apply for an extension of your visa. Blakmandk: If I’ve 1year and 3months on my passport & my study program is a 2years, will that affect my application if I continued with the passport P.S; I already submitted since April. Just wanna know. |

I am applying as a group and I found out that while filling up information for my kids it’s asking me for my Parent UCI number. I haven’t even submitted my application because I am applying as a group for the whole family. What do I put in that column. Or is there something I am not getting right. Meanwhile I chose open student permit for the kids. |

You can't have them be different because 1. you have a uci already you're in their system all it takes is a name search 2. in your forms you will be asked if you have applied and or been rejected before, in my opinion hiding this from them will be a big red flag in your new application, just repackage yourself well and address your refusal reasons properly. Shegzymilan: Hello, please I have a question... After been refused for Visa, is it possible to create new GCkey for reapplying?? I was rejected due to assets and financial status insufficient. If i want to reapply what should i do So that the first application will be different from the second one. |

their fees were 46,500 last i checked. but it should be in your appointment letter. In the appointment letter there should be an account number pay at least 2-3 days before your appointment and print out your receipt/evidence of payment you will be asked to present it that's all. |
