PoliticsRe: President Buhari Speaking Today At France/Nigeria Investment Forum In Paris(Pics by hinwazaka: 10:56pm On Sep 16, 2015
No rational business sensitive investor will listen to a word this President says. Imagine a CEO briefing you on the gains of partnering with him and he doesn't have his CIO,CFO and accounting team with him. And when you question him on their absence, he states unequivocally that his company doesn't use the services of such offices, because they are irrelevant. After his pleasure vacation in France he should come back and engage in his CAGE MATCH with Saraki.

Nothing in it said she belongs to any party.
You are either a liar or you are blind. On her page, it is clearly indicated that she is a card carrying member of the PDP. This is how Madam due process forgot that the foreign press is not daft, unlike our indigenous media. And so embarrassed herself on livetv by stating that she was not a politician. The presenter dutifully handed her ass to her on a platter of gold.

Where the f**k do you get this from? Where in the constitution (i need reference) that says ministers should be partisan?
The fact that some of you don't know the constitution but are always commenting on issues relating to it is very irresponsible. There is no way, a perm.sec can be made a minister, even your daft party knows about this

This blow if confirmed, was deft, speedy and decisive.
Your messiah is using this as a smoke screen to postpone his deadline for ministerial appointments. You are here talking about rats and cats, in relation to an issue that is DOA.

chukwudi44:
I suppose Buhari does not want to have his ministerial nominees to be confirmed!!! Saraki will fight back and its gonna be dirty
You just hit the nail on the head, without knowing it. This is a surreptitious way of ending the month without appointing any ministers. The President is trying to create a feud that will put the blame for not being able to appoint ministers at the doorsteps of the senate. The fact is that PMB, knows the dirty politics his brothers played against the last administration by using their positions to undermine the Ex- President. This is what he is trying to avoid. There is no ministerial list, that is a fact

PoliticsRe: Ministers Are Very Important And Not Noisemakers: A Reply To PMB by hinwazaka: 7:45pm On Sep 16, 2015
AZeD1:
The term "minister" is a title with the only requirement to bearing that title being confirmation by the senate. So just like OBJ was the minister of petroleum during his own time, Buhari can appoint the permanent secretaries or any one from the ministry as minister and your "cabinet" is formed.

Bike shedders like you are the problems with this country.
Learn about what you intend to speak about. The constitution mandates that for someone to be made a minister he must meet the same criteria that is mandated for a senator. He must be a member of a political party and must be well known to the political class. So PMB can not make a Perm.sec a minister.
PoliticsRe: Ministers Are Very Important And Not Noisemakers: A Reply To PMB by hinwazaka: 7:37pm On Sep 16, 2015
The statement by the President was callous, insensitive and myopic and was a huge embarrassment to the office of the President, the constitution, the entire government structure and Nigeria in its totality. How can a head of government go on live television in a foreign state and claim that the officials who act as intermediaries between the government and its public institutions are irrelevant and inconsequential in the entire framework of government. With that said he should just jettison the idea of appointing ministers and hand over total control to the Perm.secs who he described as GODS.
Anyone who allows himself to be ridiculed by this President, by accepting the role of a minister in this government is a disgrace to his profession, alma mata, and his family. How can they be expected to effectively carry out their duties in a government that doesn't respect the office they occupy. I pity this country.

When Oshiomole supposedly fired four commissioners, I stated on this forum that those commissioners had really defected, but because of pride, the govenor decided to play to the gallery. Now the chickens have come home to roost. As they say" empty vessels make the loudest noise. Goodbye Mr Comrade tout

PoliticsRe: The Politics And Insincerity Of Bailout Funds. by hinwazaka: 2:44pm On Sep 16, 2015
The supposed bailout package: which is actually a bribe to the governors and their Godfathers for support to his mandate will only end up spiking the already high inflation rate. The APC government, claims they will monitor the funds, but how effective has their surveillance system been, in respect to the AREGBESOLE fiasco. They should stop peddling lies and begin true Governance.
PoliticsRe: FG Will Not Devalue The Naira Further – Buhari by hinwazaka: 2:08pm On Sep 16, 2015
The past administration started devaluing the naira in order to make exportation of our goods cheaper and to correct the imbalance in our economy and balance of payments. China is experiencing some economical problems and so have also devalued their currency in order to switch from a state controlled economy to a market oriented economy. That was also NOI's strategy. PMB does not know what he is saying, and also who is giving him advice on economic policies, afterall he has no FINANCE MINISTER. This APC government will ruin our transition to a market forces oriented economy and thus will send us back to the DRACONIAN DAYS OF ABACHA.

PoliticsRe: Pensioners Ask CBN To Stop Osun N35bn Bailout by hinwazaka: 10:42am On Sep 16, 2015
A government made up primarily of SW and the north is synonymous with constituting a LG financial committee with only Fulani herdsmen and Mushin area boys. What you would get is lunacy, accounting mishaps, lack of coordination, improper conduct. Now we see why:according to the Osun state govenor, NOI reduced the FG allocation to the state. They must have noticed that this refrigerator technician turned govenor was playing Calo Calo with his allocations. Give a man from the southwest 100,000 naira and ask him for it in a month, he will tell you that he used it to buy stocks, ask him for it in 2 months time, he will tell you that, he moved it from SEC to national lotto, ask him in 3 months time, he will tell you that it is now with Betnaija and he has insider information. But if you organise your own investigations, you will discover that he invested it in Pa Mulikat's 70th birthday bash. This APC government will take us back to the days of Abacha.

PoliticsRe: Breaking!! TSA Impact!! 11600 Bank Workers To Be Sacked!! by hinwazaka: 9:40am On Sep 16, 2015
The TSA implementation might hurt our economy in the short run but in the long run will help in establishing transparency and increasing the governments revenue. But it will affect the liquidity of the markets, since money in the reserves of the banks which actually belong to the government will be taken back. What would help to cushion the effect, will be for the CBN to reduce the cash reserve ratio of the commercial banks by 5% in order to allow for the banks to be able to acquire more liquidity. But unfortunately our OLODO APC government does not know this.

ok,, thus civil war shit is becoming boring.. Can you come up with something else... And what caused the last civil war of I may ask..
The Civil war was brought about by Shell's monopoly in oil prospecting and exploration at the expense of other OMNC's. After the civil war, the oil policies were reviewed and companies like Elf, Total and chevron were allowed to prospect for oil in Nigeria. So, now guess what really brought about a war which had no direction
PoliticsRe: Buhari And Kachiukwu Meet CEO Of Total In Paris (Photos) by hinwazaka: 9:07am On Sep 16, 2015
If you review any oil contracts to the advantage of TOTAL and to the disadvantage of other OMNC's while on your trip, then be prepared to hire the best private security outfits. Because the number and pedigree of assassins that will be contracted to EDIT you will even get Obama. The last time something of this sort was attempted, we had a civil war.
