It is important to specify it is national (or federal) minimum wage because minimum wage across states are different. Some states adopt the federal minimum wage, but most states don’t. I am only saying if you must correct, provide accurate information. If you say minimum wage is $7.25, that is incomplete information that may mislead.

Does that not mean when a defamation allegation is made, unless a court of competent jurisdiction makes that pronouncement that the alleged defamation in question is criminal in nature before the police can arrest the individual and continue the process in that light?

EFCC previously got an interim forfeiture before the final forfeiture last week. Why wait for EFCC to disclose the names when you can obtain the information in court yourself. How can EFCC disclose a name when the criminal case is still ongoing.
