Almiron: USA na strange country, according to reports, he was registered Republican but donated money to The Democrats campaign. I don't understand his motives yet, but we will find out in the coming days. I heard they found explosives in his car. Whatever reason he was the loser cos he missed and thank God he missed. Trump has made many enemies even within his party. Imagine a lifelong republican being called a Rino by Trump (someone who just joined the party some few years ago). Trump has been preaching exclusion in his party for so long. There are lots of Never Trumpers in the Republican Party. That said, political violence is never acceptable for any reason. I hope the motive is found and all future such attempts are neutralized before they happen. |

Every political assassination attempt has an opposition backing. Which of the opposition are you referring to? Is it the Never Trumpers within the Republican Party, created by Trump himself when he went about denigrating other republicans or…? |

November 3, 2020: Elections held November 7, 2020: Joe Biden declared winner. So as at Jan 7 2021 when Trump was barred from Facebook, Joe Biden was already President elect and Trump had only 2 weeks to go in his tenure. He was President. Simple. In any case CNN criticized him everyday, all day for 4years. Individuals - media people, comedians - mocked him throughout his presidency. What did he do? Nothing. You know why? The Law works in that country. Nobody is bigger than the constitution. Nigeria’s big-men-weak-institutions syndrome makes you guys think he can do and undo. You will be disappointed. |

ALTERNATEID: Too bad for Rishi Sunak. For someone of Indian heritage, he took over as PM at the worst time possible. Managing the economic challenges that came with Covid-19 has been difficult all over the world. No magic could have made him win the election.
Congratulations to Keir Starmer. This is a very massive victory that was thought impossible just five years ago. Now that he will be assuming office as PM, it’s time to face the reality and walk the talk. He will no longer be the opposition leader criticizing everything and making the man in office look so bad. Let’s see the magic he will perform in the next one year.
To those bad losers from Nigeria, there is a lesson here for you guys. The losers accepted defeat without blaming anyone or lying that they won. The leader of the party that came third did not go on live TV to falsely claim they won the election unlike in Nigeria where a candidate that couldn’t even get 25% of vote cast in 15 states somehow started claiming he won the election. There was no rigging. You conveniently left that part out. |
