Properties › Re: Please Help Criticze This Building Plan. by hjedua(m): 11:00pm On Feb 05, 2017 |
misterawo: This is my problem with most of the building designs in Nigeria. They hardly factor in the issue of ventilation. Most buildings have poor ventilation, let alone cross-ventilation. Considering the harsh weather condition and epileptic power supply in Nigeria, our design s must have to take these factors into consideration. you are right! |
Properties › Re: Please Help Criticze This Building Plan. by hjedua(m): 7:39am On Feb 05, 2017 |
Nice plan.
my observations...
Bedroom 2 not cross ventilated.
masters bedroom hidden.
Store not ventilated.
Lobby not lighted naturally.
Thank you and best of success in execution. |

Properties › Re: How Much Will It Cost To Lay The Foundation (only) Of A 3 Bedroom Flat by hjedua(m): 7:13am On Oct 16, 2016 |
Foundation is not something you rush into, l will suggest you either buy materials and keep or secure the place with fence. much is required of foundation... 1. Building plan 2. Approval from relevant authorities 3. setting out 4. forming etc of course your 200k can't do nothing considering how things have turn into lately in the market.
don't rush into laying foundation now, u re still a student, your taste will definitely change after graduation. |

Lovely plan Good space management... my observation Poor ventilation... Masters bedroom not cross ventilated Guest room not cross ventilated Private lounge not properly and cross ventilated no ventilation at all of the dining area... I am sure this building is proposed to be constructed in Nigeria, considering Nigeria weather and the epileptic light supply, in my opinion I suggest u reconsider ur ventilations...naturally. thank you. |

StArusi: Hope it will really be transparent. Applied as a specialist buh d zeal to even go for d test has diminished. Told my people that its needless for me going since we don't know any high ranking police officer. I'm so skeptical about going buh my people keep telling me that this recruitment might be transparent Just wana prove to my people once more that jobs recruitment in Nigeria is based on IM. Travelling down to my state Anambra for d test. Hope I will b proved wrong. Goodluck to all fellow applicants. We shall conquer. My dear, I recommend you go and try. I was once reluctant like u re considering d nos of the applicant invited for test in 2011 recruitment. I didn't know any high ranking officer or any politician. today I am wearing 2stars and soon to be a DSP, just don't give up. be optimistic. |
