Hello, just got the umdigi A5pro....Loving the phone so far due to its high responsiveness. One issue though, I can't seem to answer a call with the fingerprint! Or is it not possible on the phone to answer call with fingerprint? Also when a call is coming in, it doesn't show the full page to answer the call, I will have to scroll down to pick it. Any help will be highly appreciated. Thank you |

I need help urgently on my innjoo max 2 plus. After it keeps hanging like kilode, I had to reset the whole phone. Pls note b4 I reset the phone it was asking me for Privacy protection password whc I know nothing of. Has anybody in the house ever had this issue; pls reply and help in resolving mine. It is still asking me of the privacy protection password after the reset after I have tried all possible combinations like 0000,1234 likes that.....pls help guru in the house. |
