Those were Russian nukes under former USSR. They were only stored in Ukraine since it was one country by then.

The Jacobin led french Revolution was successful because the homogeneous population was incited against the Royalty and Aristocratic class.

In Tsarist Russia, the Bolsheviks who led the revolution incited class divisions and recruited and promoted the dredges of society into its ranks

Nigeria can never be a communist society because we are all strongly proud nationalists .

The foolishness of Jan 15 1966 has to be the greatest miscalculation ever made.

In his infamous speech ushering decree 34, Ironsi defending the abrogation of regions for a centrist one by blaming ethnic chauvinism
He even hinted on dissolving all traditional rulers.

That's to show you that the coup plotters had a communist bent despite Nigeria being staunchly anti Soviet Union during the first Republic.

Those aristocrats can and have been very racist . Cromwell may have welcomed Jews, but that does not mean they want to marry them

Goldie was a scot, not a jew. Has no drop of jewish blood in him.

Not true.

Yeah, he was, but not because Jewish religion, the guy was 1) a qualified doctor 2) called in because he had experience in the business. The royals always look for the experts

Also, circumcision used to be quite popular among christians back then....the reason being that 'it stopped kids from masturbation', and also for hygeinic purposes.

(A prominent pro-cirucmcision proponent was a certain Dr Kellog....yes the guy who gave us cornflakes. Not a jew...a white American seventh day adventist).

Yeah, they are largely Germanic, and have been since George I. The current king's father was from a very Germanic Danish-German house, while the king's mother and predeccessor was half German, half scottish.

Highly not true...

Now we can also say the same about the wealthy American white men who were doing the same thing for their daughters...with english Nobles.

(Winston Churchill's cousin, the then Duke of Malborough, married an American white woman who was the daughter of a rich American. Churchill himself, was the son of a woman whose dad was a very rich american. All WASPs.).

I can recall one example...a close relative of the former Queen did marry a Jew...they divorced later due to adultery.

Utter rubbish.

1.Prince Philip married LIzzie WIndsor. Prince Philip had 4 sisters...three of whom married NSDAP members in good standing, one of whom was a member of the SS.

To marry as an SS member, you had to demonstrate you and your wife were of good germanic blood to the year 1700. (Many SS Members had to go and check church records going back to prove that).

Same thing for NSDAP members.

Prince Philip was of pure germanic blood.

2. Prince Michael of Kent married a highly noble woman, who even had more germanic royal blood than the Queen self.

That LIzzie did not consider any other germanic prince or princess was largely because...WORLD WAR 2 HAD HAPPENED...and German planes had bombed the hell out of the UK. If LIzzie married a germanic prince...there would be a lot of noise and anger. Her grandad had to change the name of the ruling house from Saxe Coburg Gotha to Windsor during WW1 because people were getting suspicious.

Remember what happened when Princess Beatrix of the Netherlands married a former German soldier? Result..uproar. Germany had invaded and occupied the Netherlands. The dude was in the army at the time, and part of the force. He virtually had to become a dutchman before they would accept him

The former queen is not a Jew .She even resembles her grandmother, Mary of Teck, who was very very very germanic. Her father was the son of a man who was so german, that he was related to the last Kaiser. That one's father was the cousin of the Kaiser.

Queen Elizabeth, the queen mother (and grandma of the current king)was not a jew...she was of Scottish nobility.(The earls of Strathmore and KInghorne, if you want to do the tracing, is where she comes from...

Plus Anne frank, being askhenazi, is likely to have had some European blood in her.

(Look, old boy, the ancestry of the nobles in these countries are matter of public record. If there were Jews, it would have shown up long time ago. Also, many of these houses were very exclusivist. They won't let their kids marry a commoner, talkless of a Jew self.).

Again, not true. And you know it.

Because they fought against Adolf.

Anyway, Goldie (who was a blatant racist anyway) was not a Jew.
Rabbi Chaim, nobody's reading this long, pointless epistle.

So what excuse will these APC government bozos give this time.

Kenyan shilling posts strongest single-day gain in 12 years
THURSDAY FEBRUARY 15 2024

The Kenya shilling posted its strongest intra-day gain against the US dollar in the last 12 years on Wednesday, reaping from a tide of investor confidence after the government received significant inflows to pay off the $2 billion Eurobond.

The dramatic gain on Wednesday lifted the local unit to its strongest level since November last year while wiping out all the losses this year. This means that the shilling has now appreciated for 11 straight days to trade below Ksh153.75 at some commercial banks.

Yet, do you ever see me discussing South Africans, Kenyans or Cameroonians talk less of having the time or interest to go their forum and be mocking them?

Nigerians are secure in themselves. We mind our business. We certainly don't hate non-Nigerians and do not really care about them like that. We face our own wahala and mainly obsess about personal success.

They are the ones, with many haven never set foot in Nigeria, who hate us passionately because of the nature of most to automatically hate those they view better and more talented than them when it may be better and personally more productive to learn from such people.
That's because Nigerians generally have a poor reputation in those countries.. mainly due to boisterous criminality and abrasive personalities.

The biggest mistake with western sanctions was removing Russia from the SWIFT banking system. Yes, it has hurt them, but the consequences will be severe for the West further down the line.

This will take the form of a parallel banking system in a non-dollar currency and eventually the west will be severely weakened and marginalised.

Despite the "nuclear" sanctions, the IMF has predicted that Russia will have the biggest economy in Europe on a PPP basis in 2024.

PoliticsRe: ECOWAS Exit: How Benin Republic Is Sabotaging Nigeria by hodari: 2:31pm On Feb 01, 2024
IamAtikulate:
It pains me when I see people dismissing Niger's exit from ECOWAS. Their argument has always been that the move will hurt Niger more than Nigeria since they depend largely on Nigeria for their imports.

This would have been true if Benin Republic is not sabotaging Nigeria and ECOWAS.

Here's the back story:

Niger's military ceased power Q4 of last year. ECOWAS moved in to restore constitutional order. As part of efforts to squeeze the junta to return power to elected government, Nigeria-led ECOWAS imposed several sanctions, including shutting their borders.

The two most prominent faces were that of Nigeria and Benin presidents.

But December 28, Benin unilaterally lifted all suspensions on imported goods transiting to Niger through the Cotonou port. This was about a month after Niger competed the Niger - Benin pipeline that will allow them export their crude reserve through the port.

Fast forward to January 2024, Niger pulled out of ECOWAS.

Meaning?

Benin deceived Nigeria to shut its borders against Niger, on the pretense it was standing with ECOWAS resolution against Niger. And then goes around to open their borders to the same Niger, effectively isolating Nigeria.

Here's the catch.

In 2022, Niger exported USD 1.256 billion in goods, and imported USD 3.802 billion. With this move, Benin has succeeded in isolating Nigeria's ports from handling Niger's annual USD 5 billion international trade. That's not even all. The same year, Nigeria imported $33.43m worth of goods and exported goods worth $192.91m to Niger.

Now, use your calculator to see the amount of money we are about to lose due to this misguided geopolitics.

Besides, Benin treachery means we are now completely surrounded by unfriendly neigbours - Benin in the West, Niger in the North and Cameroon in the east.

Now, what if Niger decides to build dam across the Niger River to generate electricity? Nigeria now lacks leverage and non-kinetic deterrence.

While our president was busy shouting "constitutional order," our Benin neighbours were busy working behind the scene to strength their relationship with Niger Republic and completely isolate Nigeria.

The most painful thing is remedying this problem will not be a walk in the park. First, importing through Benin is far cheaper and the distance from Apapa to Niamey is about 36 KM longer than from Cotonou port to Niamey.

We have lost Niger and their trade FOEVER.

Well done, Tinubu.
That's what you get for electing a geo-politically naive drug trafficker to be president. Like were you expecting any different?

Geopolitics is conducted on the basis of interest, foremost of which are economic interests. But mugu Tinubu's own is to form "restoring democracy" on behalf of his French master. You never see anything yet.

Nonsense.

1. The truth and reality =hate , jealousy& xenophobia to you people grin.
2. The so called fellow Africans must show us how to love and treat them by how they treat and love themselves in their own respective countries. You can't preach love when you're so full of hate yourselves. Hypocrites!
3. No , we didn't create the physical borders, but borders were always there in Africa. For instance, in South Africa we know where Zululand starts and ends. We know where land of Basotho ends with the borders with Xhosas etc. Those my friend are borders grin.

4. What we should be discussing is re-drawing of the borders by Africans themselves. For instance, South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Swaziland and parts of Mozambique , Zim and Namibia could all form a country as we have a lot in common. No love for religion, speak same languages, practice same culture etc. What we are kicking against is the rubbish of being forced to be in the same country with people we have nothing in common with like Nigerians, Ethiopians , somalis etc. That's too much baggage. People are naturally very territorial and prefer their own cultures and religions to dominate, this is why ( almost )homogenous countries like Botswana are peaceful and countries like Nigeria are the opposite. Look at Europe, they are living peacefully ( almost) with each other because each group knows where they belong and respects the ways of the regions they visit......
The 20 Countries in Africa with a Bantu speaking majority can honesty form one country easily as they are similar in language, culture, etc.

As you have said, countries like Nigeria, Somalia, Chad, Sudan etc are failed states, inhabited by animals rather than normal, civilised human beings. The only thing on their mind is "japa" to saner climates.
