, last time it was 143$ and was around 43k i even calculated it online, no deductions or shiit. once you choose wire transfer on adsense as means of payment, and you put a savings bank acct, they'll wire you the money and bank would change it to naira to enter your bank account

I usually receive my Adsense earnings thru my union bank savings account and they pay me the real dollar rate. I don't know what the other poster is talking about

The record label executive and businessman who took to his Instagram to share photos of the burnt part of his home online, said he woke up to find his house on fire. Thankfully, the fire has been put out.

The nigerian air force (NAF) has just concluded operation ruwan wuta, which was essentially an intensive day and night aerial bombardment of locations where boko haram Terrorists (BHT) were attempting to recolonize in Northeastern Nigeria. An integral part of the operation, which lasted from 7 - 16 September 2017, was a medical outreach programme that was targeted at providing free medical treatment to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in camps near Maiduguri, the Sambisa general area and Rann, in particular. The NAF also conducted free surgeries for IDPs that needed surgical interventions, airlifting them to the NAF Medical Centre in Maiduguri where necessary. In all, 700 IDPs in Rann alone received free medical treatment while free surgical interventions were carried out on 146 IDPs out of a total of 1,032 that were screened in all the beneficiary IDP camps. As at 20 September 2017, the free surgical interventions included 90 eye surgeries and 56 general surgeries while 60 other IDPs received free medicated eyeglasses from the NAF. The surgical interventions on the IDPs are still ongoing and would come to an end on 21 September 2017.

On 16 September 2017, the concluding day of operation ruwan wuta, the NAF successfully attacked some structures in Kote (near Bama), where BHTs were suspected to be holding a meeting. Kote was a BHT infested location, hosting significant BHT activities, as revealed by NAF Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms. air interdiction was conducted on the BHT structures in Kote with NAF Alpha Jet and the F-7Ni aircraft, which took turns to attack the enemy location with bombs. Subsequent Battle Damage Assessment (BDA) revealed that the targeted structures were destroyed. It is recalled that the objective of operation ruwan wuta was to ‘rain significant fire’ on BHT hideouts thereby further degrading the ability of the terrorists to freely operate and consequently giving advantage to friendly surface forces to gain momentum. Accordingly, enemy locations, which were successfully attacked, with significant damage on the BHTs, include Parisu, Njimia, Zanari, Garin Maloma, Yale Market, Mungusum, Arra and Kote. A comprehensive BDA over the attacked locations after the 10-day operation revealed the complete absence of BHT activities. To successfully execute the operation, the NAF conducted a total of 129 missions in 180 sorties within a total of over 208 flying hours.

KUALA LUMPUR: Police arrested a mentally unsound Nigerian man after he allegedly submerged a girl’s head in a swimming pool at an apartment in Puchong, Selangor, on Saturday.

Other residents and security guards at the apartment became aware of the incident when they heard the victim, a girl aged about eight to 10, screaming for help.

The security guard immediately intervened and stopped the Nigerian man. A video at the pool side has made its round on the social media, believed to be the recording of the situation after the incident.

The Nigerian man clad only in shorts was heard shouting and muttering but the sentences were inaudible. A security guard was seen trying to control the situation.

The video then panned to the playground and then towards a girl clad in pink swimming attire and black pants. A man who was recording the video asked the girl if the Nigerian had choked her, and the girl lifted her lower arm and put it to her neck, saying that “(he) did this.”

Subang Jaya district police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohammad Azlin Sadari said police were notified by the security of the mentally unsound man creating chaos at the apartment’s common area.

“A patrol car was deployed and the man in his 30s was arrested. He was taken to Puchong police station for questioning and later taken to Kuala Lumpur hospital on the same day,” he said.

Azlin said no police report was lodged by the condominium management or the victim.

In furtherance of the recently commenced Operation RUWAN WUTA, on 7 September 2017, the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) conducted air interdiction on structures with 2 hoisted Boko Haram Terrorists (BHT) Organization flags in Zanari, a known location with significant BHT presence at the northern fringes of Borno State bordering Lake Chad. Quite a number of BHTs had earlier been spotted, from a NAF Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance platform, entering the buildings apparently for meetings. The F-7Ni and the Alpha Jet aircraft were detailed to attack the target. Overhead the location, the target was acquired and engaged by the 2 aircraft, in rapid succession. Subsequent Battle Damage Assessment revealed that the targeted structures went up in flames, killing its occupants.

The objective of Operation RUWAN WUTA is to further degrade the capability of the BHTs thereby preventing them from regrouping to cause havoc for our surface forces. The Operation also aims at softening the ground for our surface forces to subsequently move in and conduct mopping up operations.
