Alao-Akala Family Feud Deepens as First Daughter Seeks DNA Test, Exhumation of Late Governor’s Body Over Estate Dispute The family of the late former governor of Oyo State, Otunba Christopher Adebayo Alao-Akala, has plunged deeper into crisis as his first daughter, Mrs Oluwatoyin Alao-Aderinto, has approached an Oyo State High Court sitting in Ibadan, seeking an order for a Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) test on seven individuals claiming to be Biological children of the deceased, as well as an application for the exhumation of the late governor’s body to carry out the DNA test. In a suit filed before Justice Taiwo of Court 12 at the state high court, ring road, Ibadan, with Motion Number I/443/2024, Oluwatoyin Alao-Aderinto, through her counsel, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Oladipo Olasope, is praying the court to direct that the DNA tests be carried out on herself, including Olamide, Adebukola, Olamipo, Olamiju, a serving member of the House of Representatives, Tabitha and Olamikunle, as listed in the motion on notice filed before the court and that the test be conducted at a court approved, accredited laboratory to determine their true biological relationship with the late governor. As part of the application, Oluwatoyin is also seeking an order of court, directing the exhumation of Otunba Alao-Akala’s remains from the mausoleum built in his Ogbomoso country home for the purpose of carrying out the paternity test. The results of the tests, she pleaded should be filed under a sealed envelope and delivered directly to the presiding judge for pronouncement in open court. The fresh application brought before the court is a new twist in what has become a messy and prolonged family feud over the vast estate of the late politician, who died intestate on January 12, 2022. The crisis, which has been brewing silently since his burial, became public in October 2022 when one Kemi Alao-Akala and Olamide Alabi, believed to be one of the deceased’s daughters, obtained a Letter of Administration from the Oyo State Probate Registry without the knowledge or consent of Oluwatoyin, the first child. This singular act, she contend is a deliberate and unlawful exclusion that contravene applicable laws guiding intestate succession in Nigeria. In her affidavit and accompanying exhibit filed in support of her motion, she accused the duo of manipulating facts to claim sole control over the estate, despite the presence of other biological children and heirs. The estate in question is said to be massive, spreading across several properties in Ibadan, Lagos, Abuja, United Kingdom and the United States of America, including a five star hotel in Ghana, vehicles and multiple bank accounts containing hundreds of millions in naira, dollars and pounds sterling. Oluwatoyin’s position on her deceased father’s estate stems from her strong resolve at ensuring that every individual, including nuclear and extended family members, aides of the former governor, who served him meritoriously without blemish and yet to identified children among many others are catered for, as against the winner takes it all approach adopted by the duo of the defendants. The said administrators listed only seven individuals as legal heirs, but Oluwatoyin’s position, as articulated by her counsel, is that there is no consensus on the paternity of these persons and that the inclusion of some and exclusion of others in the administration of the deceased’s estate raises troubling questions of authenticity and equity. It is on this basis she seeks judicial intervention through scientific means. It will be recalled that in an August 2023 letter made public, counsel to Oluwatoyin, Oladipo Olasope SAN, warned that the exclusion of the claimant who is the first daughter of the late Alao-Akala, violated both moral norms and legal rights, stressing that unless resolved, the dispute could further polarise the family and damage the late governor’s political legacy. I saw this somewhere 👇👇👇👇 You commend Nyesome Wike for the massive improvement done in Abuja and even commend him as the best Minister of FCT but you are in the habit of attacking Tinubu You saw the improvement in the international passport processing, give commendation to Bunmi ojo but you wont stop insulting Tinubu. On your way out of/ into Nigeria, you saw the improvement done and seemless process at the airport, commend Festus Keyamo but wont stop calling Tinubu out daily on your wall The CBN governor, Yemi Cardoso has helped with the clearing of our debt which you can't help but admit still Tinubu is a failure You can see the work of the work Minister, Umahi in every part of Nigeria. Is it the refurbished 3rd Mainland bridge or the Eko bridge, ongoing Lagos Calabar coastal road project and even the Lokoja Abuja road that is about to start yet Tinubu is a failure. The prices of grains and staple foods have dropped drastically in the market (eventhough food sellers refused to bring down the cost of a plate of food), but still you blame Tinubu. Students loans have been approved and being disbursed to all institutions and universities across the country to ease the burden on parents, yet you commend the Minister of Education, but continue to blame Tinubu. Local Government Autonomy (a topic which was being avoided like a plague by previous governments since 1999), has been fought (even in the courts) and won, and you are happy commending the Attorney-General of the Federation, but ignored Tinubu the person who made it happen and still blame him for everything. State governments who have been in financial quagmire and neckdeep in debt with several States owing and not able to pay salaries for several months, have now been receiving thrice in some cases five times monthly allocations and have not only cleared backlog of workers salaries but started paying the new approved minimum wage to its workers and you are happy for the governors and states but continue to blame Tinubu. If you are in this category of people, you need to go for deliverance. Your case is not ordinary but spiritual, you're only driven by hate and ethnic bigotry. #Credits |

𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: Abia state House of Assembly has successfully passed into law, a bill to Revoke The Abia State Governors & Deputy Governors Pensions Law. After spending years looting the government treasury. Ex-Governors then still earn ridiculous pension compensations. The law has put an end to this in Abia State. If we all come together to elect a leader without burden and for the people, decisions to favour the people will be taken. People of Abia should keep blessing the INEC Professor that saved them from the bad governance other states are facing. |

'Herbert Wigwe: The World Moves On' By Chukwudi Iwuchukwu The wife of the pastor of the RCCG church where the late Herbert Wigwe worshipped before his death, Dr. Siju Iluyomade, celebrated her 60th birthday yesterday, and she threw a colourful party, more or less a carnival, to celebrate this milestone. The party had in attendance Lagos big boys and giris like Tony Elumelu as Flavour entertained guests. Before his death, Wigwe was a faithful member of the church where Siju’s husband pastored. The name of the RCCG parish is City of David,Victoria Island, Lagos. Any time Wigwe was in town, you must have seen him in church on Sunday. He does not miss it. But beyond his physical presence, he used his goodwill and resources towards the growth of the City of David parish and the advancement of God's work. The late Wigwe was one of the biggest tithe payers in the City of David parish because of his vast wealth and net worth. He was a bank owner, so his tithe runs into millions of naira but it went beyond paying tithe. The City of David has the best and finest church buildings in the whole of Nigeria and the best among RCCG parishes. Wigwe was among those that God used to make it happen. He was the chairman of the building committee when the church was building that building. He pulled all stops from donating his money to rallying his wife,Chizoba, who died with him, to donate too. When the City of David ran out of funds to continue the project, it was Wigwe who used his influence to facilitate a loan from Access Bank for the building to go ahead. Without his intervention, the project would have been an abandoned elephant project. He went as far as paying for two office spaces for Access Bank at the church building, and he paid a 5-year rent for the two office spaces. This was done when the project was still a greenfield project, and that is remarkable. Just before he died, two weeks ago The City of David parish could not service the loan that Access Bank gave them, and the bank was breathing on their necks to pay up. It was still the same Wigwe who bailed them out by giving them a bail out of 1 billion naira in interest-free loans, which they are expected to pay back to him this year. Unfortunately, he died before they could pay back the loan. . Dr. Siju Iluyomade is the founder of the Arise Women Conference. The late Wigwe was one of the biggest donors to this cause and her NGO, and because of his deep pocket, the conference has evolved to be is an annual conference that attracts Nigerian women all over the country. After all this charity and benovelence, the right thing and common sense dictate that it is offensive and not appropriate to throw a lavish party a week after the death of such a man whose tithe and benovelence sustained your husband's ministry when his body is still cold. I wonder what Wigwe would be feeling in the spirit world after seeing such a carnival go on last night at the Eko Hotel Lagos, just a week after his death. This is a lesson for the living. You are only as important as your relevance and influence ; once you are no longer there or present, the people that you moved the world and mountains for will move on. It is a dog-eat-dog world, my friends, and this is why it is important to put yourself first. Be unapologetic and selfish about putting yourself first. ©️ Chukwudi Iwuchukwu

Last year, Nigeria's most successful businessman and richest person alive in the country, Aliko Dangote, had a meeting with his selected strategists. The purpose of the meeting was simple. To decide among the three presidential candidates, Aliko Danogte would support The three candidates were Peter Obi Atiku Abubakar Bola Ahmed Tinubu The candidate's profile, merit, and demerit were analysed by the gentlemen seated in that room. At the end of the meeting, the consensus was that Atiku Abubakar was a better option to back, and the reasons were not far-fetched. Aside from the special chummy relationship between the businessman and Atiku, Atiku, who ironically clocked 77 today, is pro-business, is the right person for corporate business, and has the right skill set to reposition and revive the dead economy. Also, the fact that the cabal around Tinubu was openly supporting Atiku made Dangote's decision very easy. The calculation was that Atiku would win, and based on that, Dangote chose to pitch his tent with Atiku Abubakar by supporting his aspiration to become our president, which did not materialise on February 25. It was said that Dangote donated money as well to Tinubu's camapign, which was his normal traditional custom to do, but his body language showed he preferred Atiku, whom he believed would have been a better president for businesses and the economy in Nigeria than Tinubu. His arch rival and brother, Abdul Samad Rabiu of BUA Cement, chose to pitch his tent with Bola Ahmed Tinubu and did not donate money to Atiku Abubakar. His first choice was Bola Ahmed Tinubu. His second choice was Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Rabiu’s support was so personal that he donated his private jets for temporary use by TInubu’s people during the campaign. Tinubu’s wife, Remi, and his aides were flying Rabiu’s private jets during the campaign. The same is true of Tony Elumelu. It was said that Tony's UBA provided the much-needed cash for Tinubu's camp during the ill-fated cash crunch and scarcity before the election. No wonder Tony was the first person Tinubu visited in Lagos as a president-elect. Since Lagos is a very small place, news started flying around in a twinkle of an eye. News got into the ears of Asiwaju that Nigeria's gift to the world, Dangote, is not supporting his aspiration; rather, he has pitched his tent with Atiku. He was disappointed with the betrayal by Dangote. Dangote built his wealth in Lagos, the Lagos he owns, and he has been supportive of Dangote's aspirations before now. Dangote fully backing him would have been a way of paying back his generosity to him; not doing so is a big stab in the back. That Dangote did not support him, but rather Atiku, was one of the reasons why Asiwaju stayed away when Dangote refinery was later commissioned by Buhari in the Lagos he owns. The election is over. Asiwaju is the president, and the chicken has come home to roost. For the first time since the return of democracy in 1999, Dangote is not the favourite of a sitting government. Abdul Samad Rabiu and Tony Elumelu have taken his position because they fully backed Asiwaju during the campaign. “This is the first time the elected government is not particularly aligned with Aliko,” said one senior banker who spoke on condition of anonymity to the Financial Times. “So it has opened a window of opportunity for people to peddle their own influence.” “Dangote is not as influential as he used to be,” said Ricardo Soares de Oliveira, an Oxford professor of the politics of Africa, who described the billionaire as a Nigerian oligarch. At a time when he had bet his fortune on the success of the refinery, that was not a comfortable position to be in, several close observers of Nigeria said. Matthew Page, a former CIA expert on Nigeria, told the Financial Times that Rabiu donated heavily to the Tinubu election campaign and had been emboldened by his close relationship with the new president. The cement market was smaller after eight years of economic stagnation, he said. “The tide pool has shrunk, and the two biggest lobsters in the tank are snapping at each other.” The biggest casualty from the politics of Dangote is his 650,000 per day Dangote refinery, which has been starved of crude oil by NNPC. Before Asiwaju came in, Dangote had a binding agreement with NNPC. The agreement was this: That NNPC would invest $2 billion in Dangote refinery, or if they cannot invest in cash, they will provide crude oil worth that amount for Dangote refinery to process. This investment will give NNPC a 20% stake in the Dangote refinery, while Dangote will keep the remaining 80%. NNPC is too broke to drop $2 billion, so they choose to provide $2 billion worth of crude oil in lieu of the cash they were expected to drop so as to own a 20% stake in Dangote refinery. But there is a problem. Buhari, who was the president when the deal was sealed, is no longer in power. The new Whiz kid is not a fan of Dangote any more, so the guys at NNPC saw the body language, which is the fact that Aliko has not visited Aso Rock since Tinubu relocated to Aso Rock, and they were influenced by that to start playing politics by fuffiling their own side of the bargain. NNPC, which was at the mercy of Dangote when Buhari was in charge, turned to hard nuts to crack under Tinubu. As of today, the reason why Dangote refinery has yet to refine any drop of crude oil is because NNPC has not supplied the facility with crude oil as they promised to do under the last government. Frustrated by what NNPC is doing and the politics they are playing, Dangote's Indian manager was forced to say that the refinery would start importing crude oil from trading oil companies abroad since NNPC is not forthcoming. The outburst was forced to move the hands of NNPC, and it worked as NNPC invited Dangote's guys to the negotiating table. In a recent interview, Dangote admitted that the issue with NNPC has been solved and refined crude oil will flow soon from his refinery. He also remidned the sharks, circling and baying for his blood, saying that Dangote Refinry is bigger than him, in case they had forgotten. Rabiu of BUA Cement has visited Aso Rock more than four times since Tinubu relocated to Aso Rock Villa. The same is true of Tony Elemelu. Dangote, the poster boy and darling of the previous Nigerian government, has not been invited once to come, and this speaks to how low he has fallen on the ladder. He only went to inform Mr. President that Bill Gates was coming to town the next day for polio eradication. Stories allegedly floated by BUA Group have accused Dangote of profiting from illegal foreign exchange trades worth billions of dollars. This government is investigating forex allocations made to Aliko Dangote when Godwin Emefiele, the former central bank governor, was in charge of distributing dollars at the official rate to chosen industries at far below market prices, the Financial Times reported. Dangote bet on the wrong horse during the last national election, and now the sharks are circling and are baying for his blood and his multibillion-dollar business empire as well. |

A MUST READ FOR NIGERIAN INDIGENOUS PEOPLES LEADERSHIP REASONS PRESIDENT MUHAMMADU BUHARI IS IN A TEARING HURRY TO CONDUCT A CENSUS IN MAY 2023? 1. The Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 stipulates that at least once every ten (10) years the Federal Government should conduct a National Census. The due date for the next census after that of 2006 was 2016, and preparations were commenced, but the Buhari administration stopped them. 2. After more than 17 years of doing nothing regarding the constitutional requirement for conduct of a census, all of a sudden, President Muhammadu Buhari has decided to conduct a national Population and Housing Census in May 2023, a few days before the end of his tenure. After the deliberate fiasco that the INEC, headed by one of Buhari’s ubiquitous Fulani clansmen, made of the general elections of February-March, 2023, this unusual hurry to conduct a national census is, to say the least, highly suspicious, and does not bode well for Nigeria and the non-Fulani population of Nigeria. There are several facts which make it necessary to bring pressure to bear on Buhari to postpone the census and let his successor conduct it. 3. In the 2006 census the northern rulers, fearing that the Hausa-Fulani and Muslim population would be shown NOT to be in the majority as they had been claiming, excluded documenting the ethnic and religious identities of Nigerians. However, for the 2023 census, having spread Fulani migrants to the Middle Belt and Southern Nigeria, there is now insistence to enumerate “Groups”, even though the so-called groups are described as Houses and Buildings (NPC SLIDE 9 – Group Listing Methodology). 4. Over the period 2009-2022 Fulani herders have been physically moved and settled in communities in the Middle Belt, South West, South South and South East, to form settlements, where they did not previously exist. Miyetti Allah, Kautal Hore, Mobgal Fulbe and FUNAM have been very loud in asserting the right of Fulani herdsmen to move, settle, own property (land) and do business (rear cattle) anywhere in Nigeria, without hindrance. Many of these Fulani settlements have become staging posts for violent attacks on indigenous communities since 2016. 5. At a meeting between Middle Belt Associations and representatives of Yoruba World Congress in Jos in 2019, the South West informed the meeting of a survey they had just conducted which showed that there were 1006 permanent Fulani settlements in the South West, excluding Kwara State. Academic studies showed that over a period of 20 years to 2019, many Fulani migrants had taken up permanent residence in many of the forests of Yorubaland. It was from these settlements that herdsmen launched attacks on Yoruba villages, leading to the establishment of Amotekun. Many of these settlements are occupied by non-Nigerian Fulanis from Niger, Chad, Sudan, Mali, Senegal, Burkina Faso etc. In the 2023 census these settlements would now be listed as new “Buildings” or communities. 6. Between 2003 and 2006 indigenous communities in Southern Borno were attacked, Christian communities and Churches were destroyed by Boko Haram (Cf. Christianity in Crisis, 2006). From 2009 to the present Boko Haram spread their attacks on indigenous communities in Borno, Yobe and Adamawa States. By 2018 more than three million (> 3,000,000) people had been displaced in these three states. The displaced people are now scattered across Nigeria, and they will not be enumerated as being resident in the areas they have been displaced from. 7. From 2014 Boko Harm, Ansarul Islam, Darul Salam, ISWAP and other terrorist armies, as well as the Fulani herdsmen's terrorist groups have invaded Middle Belt indigenous communities, destroyed them, and displaced millions of the people. These terrorist groups have taken over the ancestral lands of the indigenous people. The Buhari government has woefully failed to stop the attacks, destruction and displacement of communities. Where most of these displaced people are located now are unknown, and they will not thus be enumerated in the census. In one of the key documents for the 2023 Population and Housing Census, Group Listing Methodology, it is stated that “Only buildings physically present on ground will be numbered”, and “Demolished buildings will not be assigned a number”. This means that there will be no census in the settlements of the indigenous communities demolished by the Fulani and Islamist terrorist armed groups. Furthermore, enumerators are instructed to list all new buildings, hence the new Fulani settlements will be numbered and people resident or not resident in them will be counted. This is crucial because many of the settlements violently destroyed by the Fulani terrorist groups have been occupied by Fulani families or migrant groups. These violent interlopers will now be enumerated as the “owners” of the lands and settlements they now forcefully and criminally occupy. 8. In 2018 a Bauchi based Consultancy Company was assigned the responsibility of listing all Fulani Rugas in all states of Nigeria. The main consultants hired other consultants to identify, locate and list Fulani settlements. For each state a document was produced listing the so-called Fulani settlements. An analysis of one of these state lists found that it was arranged Local Government by Local Government, and Ward-by-Ward. It was also found that every Ruga, even of one or two huts, was listed as a settlement, even when located within an existing indigenous community. In this way, there were more “Fulani Villages” in almost all the indigenous communities. It is this horrendous Ruga Listing exercise that Buhari is in a break-neck hurry to validate through the May 2023 Population and Housing Census. 9. Many of the villages and communities violently occupied by the Fulani have been renamed by the Fulani. These villages and towns now bear Arabic, Fulani or Hausa names. The Buhari administration tacitly approved these illegal takeovers and name changes by allocation programmes and projects in the Federal Budgets under the new names. This is very easily verifiable, as members of the National Assembly attested to at a Middle Belt Forum Elders meeting held in Abuja in April 2021. 10. Immediately following the 2023 general elections there have been widespread attacks by Fulani and associated terrorists in Taraba, Benue, Niger, Kaduna and other states. There is no way that the areas under attack would be enumerated or the people counted in the May 2023 census, as the local populations have been violently driven off by the Fulani and Islamist armed terrorist groups. 11. Nigerians need to really rise up to their responsibility for collective survival. There have been no concerted protests over the deliberate and insensitive nepotism by the government of Muhammadu Buhari. Nearly every federal agency or parastatal that has anything to do with documenting the population of this country is headed by a Fulani person: National Population Commission, INEC, National Identity Management Commission, National Communications Commission, NHIS, PENCOM, NSITF, Federal Mortgage Bank and its subsidiaries, National Livestock Projects Department, etc. Right now the National Livestock Transformation Programme of building RUGAs and Grazing Reserves is being vigorously implemented by the Central Bank of Nigeria on the model of a war economy, building Fulani enclave settlements all over Nigeria, with industrial and independent power systems, and other infrastructure, especially roads and bridges to facilitate rapid military movement in so-called or perceived “hostile territories”. Buhari’s census is ALSO to validate Fulani claims to the lands on which these projects are sited as “Fulani lands”. “Copied “ |

The first shipment of Leopard 2 tanks from Germany has been sent to Ukraine, the German defence ministry says. Eighteen cutting-edge main battle tanks were delivered after Ukrainian crews were trained to use them. Defence Minister Boris Pistorius said he was sure the tanks could "make a decisive contribution" on the frontlines of the war. Challenger 2 tanks from the UK have also arrived, according to reports from Ukraine. Ukraine has been calling for more modern vehicles and weapon systems for months to help fight Russia's invasion. The Ukrainian government is yet to comment on the arrival of the Leopard 2s, but they have confirmed the arrival of the first UK-made Challenger 2 tanks. Around 2,000 Leopard 2s, widely regarded as being among the best main battle tanks produced by Nato countries, are in use by European countries. Germany agreed to supply the tanks to Ukraine in January, after being initially reluctant to do so - or even to permit other countries from sending their own. Under German law, Berlin must approve Leopard 2s being re-exported by any country. Graphic showing characteristics of the German-made Leopard 2 tank. The Leopard 2 is heavier and better armoured than Russian or Soviet-made tanks and uses Nato-standard ammunition. German Defence Minister Boris Pistorius said the tanks "have made it into the hands of our Ukrainian friends as promised and on time". The German army has trained Ukrainian tank crews to use the advanced A6 variant of the Leopard 2 over the past several weeks. They have been specifically designed to compete with the Russian T-90 main battle tank and is considered to be easier to maintain and more fuel-efficient than most other Western tanks. On top of the Leopard 2s, Germany has also sent Ukraine two specialist tank-recovery vehicles and 40 Marder infantry fighting vehicles. Meanwhile, Challenger 2 tanks from the UK "are in Ukraine already", defence ministry spokeswoman Iryna Zolotar told AFP news agency. Posting a picture of a Challenger 2 alongside other Western-made military vehicles on his Facebook page, Defence Minister Oleksii Reznikov described the British vehicle as a work of military art. The UK Ministry of Defence declined to comment but earlier confirmed Ukrainian tank crews training in Britain had returned home after completing their training with the tanks. |

Breaking News BOOM💥💥💥💥 Peter Obi is not the candidate of LP –Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa (SAN): According to section 77 (2&3) of the electoral act 2022, Peter Obi is not a member of Labour party. As a result, he is not qualified to contest the February 25, 2023, presidential election. Section 77 (2) says every political party must have/maintain a register of its member in soft and hard copy. 77(3) says each party SHALL MAKE THAT REGISTER AVAILABLE TO INEC NOT LATER THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE FIXED FOR PRIMARIES, CONGRESSES OR CONVENTION. PDP screened all presidential candidates on April 29th, 2022. Peter Obi participated in that screening and was cleared. Obi even displayed his provisional clearance on social media. He resigned from PDP on Thursday, May 26th, 2022, to join Labour party on May 27th, 2022. Labour party conducted her presidential primary on May 30th, 2022 and it produced Obi after Prof. Pat Utomi voluntary withdrew for Obi. According to the section 77(3), Labour party ought to have submitted the party register to INEC 30 days before the presidential primary. By calculation, 30 days to May, 30th, 2022 was April 30, 2022. As at April 30th, 2022 when labour party had submitted the party register to INEC, Peter Obi was a member of PDP. So, Obi name was not part of those in the party comprehensive register that was submitted to INEC. The question is, can a candidate who is not a valid member of a political party contest for presidential election? Can a political party nominate non member to participate in presidential election? The tribunal will be of fireworks and shall be interesting in days to come. Me: I remember Asiwaju telling us all "Ẹ lọ f'ọkan balẹ!" |

If confirmed this really don't look comfortable for the dancing king but then you never know with Nigeria's judges . Lest we forget !!! Today is Tribunal date in Osun State !!! Adeleke in tight-corner as Tribunal accepts his forged documents as exhibits By Adekunle Alao There is every indication that the newly inaugurated governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke, is on his way out of government as the Tribunal hearing the petition filed by Alhaji Adegboyega Oyetola of APC has accepted as evidence the forged documents he submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission as attached to Form CF001 and EC9. The documents have been a subject of arguments in the last one month at the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Osogbo. Whereas his counsels had fought gallantly to discourage the Tribunal from demanding for the documents, they ( Adeleke's counsels) had no other choice the last hearing day than reluctantly submitting the documents as requested. Documents tendered as exhibits include: (1) The forged West African Examination Council GCE result which he purpotedly sat for in December 1981. (2) An obviously forged Testimonial purportedly issued by Ede Muslim Grammar School, Osun State of Nigeria in July 1988 at a time Osun State was not in existence. Osun State was only created by law on 27th August, 1991, out of the old Oyo State. (3) A Letter of Attestation from Ede Muslim High School issued on 22nd May, 2016 but signed by the same principal that signed his purported Testimonial which he collected in 1988! Recall his Testimonial carries Ede Muslim Grammar School. (4) A forged NECO result purportedly issued in 1981. Remember NECO came into being in 1999! Before the last hearing. . ., the Tribunal had received as exhibits a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Atlanta Metropolitan State College, USA, which Adeleke claimed he obtained within a period of 24 days. It is important to note that BSc degree in Criminal Justice in Atlanta Metropolitan State College is a four-year programme as indicated in the College's Worksheet and Program Map for the course. How Adeleke obtained within that short time, a degree which which lasts for four years, is still a mystery. Counsel for Oyetola, Lateef Fagbemi (SAN), was beaming with joy when he received the documents, having understood that the primary evidence to prove the forgery allegations against Adeleke had been handed to the court. Contrary was the experience for counsels on the side of Adeleke because when the Tribunal chairman asked the INEC to open their defence, sensing outright defeat, he begged profusely for an adjournment which was granted by the court. When the court reconvenes today December 20, it is for Adeleke's team to defend their client's NECO result he obtained in 1981 and other Oluwole certificates he submitted to INEC!!!! |

I have cut off so many close friends due to various reasons. I'm a practical person, once I found out you're snitching or infidel, I cut you off straight. There's this particular one of my close friends, he accused me of seeing his ex wife and concluded I did it whereas I did not...a female friend of his, she's the one that told him this lies just for him to hate me and separate the two of us. But as foolish as he is he believed her without hearing my own version. So, I kuku deleted him away from my list of friends. |
