Hello Everyone,

Information for people who were refused visa!!!

Please Please and Please when you reapply, DO NOT CHOOSE REGULAR.

They sent people back on Friday with Blue paper, They were not interviewed at all. The Consular said they could not trust their judgement since they could not say they were previously denied in the Visa Portal.

While I type this, I am aware that choosing previously refused visa will not give any dates, but that is what everyone previously denied in the past 6 months is expected to click and hope that they open up the date.

I am hoping that someone will shed light on how people who were previously refused Visa will get date apart from clicking Regular.

My guess is that this your friend did not select previously denied when filling his/her DS160

Applying to different countries means you are just trying your luck, show intent by mentioning only US schools.

Thank you for your response. Yes, that is response to the quest who is paying for your trip. What if the loan accounts for majority of the funds. Will I still select self funding.

The question in itself is not clear,we really don't know if the "trip" means flight ticket or Overall funding, I have seen people who chose personal or the other party sponsoring them and in both cases got approval. Answer to this question would not affecting your approval

Please I ask again, please help a brother. if you have 3 sources of fund based on your 1-20 (I.e personal fund, scholarship and education loan). Which should enter into the Ds-160?. Do-160 has only one slot for source of funding.

Do you mean, " who is paying for the trip"?
If Yes, you can use "personal fund" in this instance.

That's a vague statement from them. The question is can we pick either, regardless of your situation

Kindly choose regular and start your date search. I know a couple of people that did that after their first denial without having to wait and their visa was approved. Clicking previously denied means you'll have to sit it own for like 6months before you will see date.

We all know getting a job in this country is another hell graduates is going through till date, talk more of getting a dream job.

I will try to be brief as much as I can.

Haven applied for so many jobs and attended some interviews, I finally saw one graduate trainee job (my kind of dream job tho) as at January this year. Although is a banking job which is actually my dream job. I wrote their aptitude test which I passed. We were eight that was invited for their interview out of over 70 candidates that applied and I was lucky to be part of those eight. To the glory of God I scape through at the first stage of the interview. At the Final stage of the interview (One on one interview) was where my righteousness or should I call it "Being Truthful" deprive me of my dream job. You may ask how did I know, but the truth is, that is what deprived me of getting the job. I don't want to explain further on that just to cut the story short.

The question they ask me that lead to my disqualification was: "Do you know anyone in this bank?" And my reply was "Yes". And truly I know someone working there but he wasn't even the one that ask me to apply. I only came across the job and I applied. But I never knew I'm suppose to say NO, I also never knew the answer will snatched the job away from me.

your response might not be the reason you didn't get the Job, you should consider other factors.

Basic interview questions. Introduce yourself, why banking, what do u know abt us, dept you'ld like to join...once u can answer basic question you're in

Don't disturb ur head with all these permutations again, If the job is yours ,you'll surely get it. Though I did on 6th and I haven't gotten invite yet and I also have few people who did on 5th and still waiting too
