The reason for this delay is absolutely known to NCS top echelons alone & not this building construction saga. Nobody knows geskiya!

I just hope the house committee on customs can help us out. Because as it is, those are the ppl that can help us put an end to this mystery. Maybe they should threaten them with budget approval again like they did in January. We really deserve a closure walahi. Since 2019 fah!

Camping can't be this year...There were pictures of the training hostels circulating WhatsApp groups yesterday... They are still under construction... The only thing that can happen this year is the final list and documentation.

The earlier we remove our minds from this recruitment the better.

This is serious. 3 years recruitment process, all this while nobody care to renovate the training camp/school.

Good day everyone, I just heard from a very reliable source at Goron Dutse Kano Customs Training College, that the facilities at the training college are not in place yet as work is still ongoing in the site but that the two classes for lecture has been completed and is just left with some hostel facilities. So he told me that he doesn't think the training will be possible this year, but that was his own opinion based on the ongoing work cause he is also an officer there that accommodated me when I went for the screening in March. He also said that the list may still be out this year and documentation done this year but for training, he feels it may not be possible this year. So my advice is that no one should put his/her live on hold bcoz of the recruitment instead get on with your loved and do something tangible while waiting for training. Thank you all.

I think that was for just the first stage because customs officials handled this second stage mostly, and the cause of the delay of this list currently is because of a serious ongoing investigation about a certain leak in the recruitment process ..... I guess

And how do they get GD senior officers if all they are recruiting is support staffs...
Only level 6 and below had GD options

But isn't general duty where all the work is...
It's quite confusing as all levels 8 are support staff from the initial recruitment advert...
I hope to head I command some day so I'm wondering if they'll push some of us to GD
