question no 2: yes u can change back to Law, only and only if ur 100 courses are same with that of laws, also u need a GPA of 4.0 and above before u "may" be considered. Also u shud have a voice to front for u.

u need another card. Card is sold for 1k at Jamb office, but can be gotten 1.5k elsewhere.
