It is equally possible to obtain a non thesis Master's degree in 1 year, once again, by taking heavy course loads and attending summer school.

By the way, some colleges offer Master's degree programs. The trouble with Oduah is that, we are not yet sure which institution conferred a MBA degree on her.

u can apply in samara state university or novosibirsk state technical university.....send your documents direct to them, your international passport page and your school certificates....your course is not available in my school, but this schools will reply u and send you invitation,..am 100% sure....
