He is in charge of three ministry not only ministry of work, they are talking as if he is controlling a ministry.

NASS is a failed institution
They don't want progress for this county so that they can continue to share money all in the name of consistency projects

If the Speaker of the federal Republic of Nigeria can tweet this, it shows that they are just trying to paint the Minister of Works, housing and power bad.

The National Assembly is a failed institution, yes they wanted to get involved in the budget, they should probably set up a task force to monitor all the ministries on how much every ministries had collected,they should go on projects inspection,get details of the cash released from the ministry of finance and make every minister accountable for every month they had collected .
Why will a minister come for project defense you pass him only for you to now insert and slash the monies allocated for some major projects, why did you clear him during the budget defense, NASS should have rejected the budget if they think it's not the right thing to do.
And again is it only borehole, Healthcare center, buying grinding machines, keke napep etc all in the name of consistency projects and empowerment NASS can do with their allocations, can't they also fund a major project in their constituency.
They can't know more than the ministers, what is the job of the ministries if after writing their budget the NASS alter it, their oversight function should be on ensuring all projects are done completely.
