The factory (which used to be the means of livelihood for many families within and outside the state and also ultimately generate income into the state govt's purse through exportation) had been abandoned for more than a decade if not for the recent and timely intervention of the state government under Ogbeni as part of his diversification and industrialisation of the state's economy.......

I have a lot of reservations on a number of Ogbeni's policies and governance BUT not on this one

This is a step in the right direction.
