brownlord: Arsenal bad no mean say mk u just give them that kind insultSE win cataluya cup, wetin Arsenal win? what makes Arsenal better than SE? ![]() |
mukina2: did you miss your way?Cry me a river benue, lol you bin wan win before ni? ![]() Football academy wan win football club, u no dey fear ni? ![]() |
Some Nigerians sha, they can support a team like Arsenal without insulting the team or calling them ASS-nal but when it comes to Super eagles, they keep calling them super chickens. Inside Arsenal and Super eagles, who can fit disappoint pass? Note: SE never lose any match o under Keshi but Arsenal don lose tire this season alone |
ddippset: so what do we do now? maybe we should lose some games so madrid can reduce it to 4 points. we need a 110 point season. as for me iam loving every bit of it. may it extend to 30 points even. ddippset: do you think that by winning the league by 2 points those saying that la liga is non competitive would just go under? no way! it's just like telling me that the lionel messi critics who say he hasnt won the world cup will go away when he eventually wins the world cup. no they wont. ddippset: mourinho hadnt lost at home in the league until he came to spain, mourinho hadnt been thrashed 5-0 until he came to spain, mourinho hasnt lost a league by 15 points and i hope he does. he's gonna get an overdose of humble pies in spain and i love it. kokoA: If possible, I want madrid to loose 4 more games. We need to teach them how to win a league and break their record of winning the league with highest number of points ever. dmcdad: ^^^ Exactly... During Pep's time, we won the league with a record 99points, and last season that record was broken by Madrid, as they won with 100points. So, this time, I need us to break theirs and set a new one, maybe 105 points if possible... Well, anything is possible.Chai, una wicked o ![]() Anyways, Valdez no wan renew and liverpool wan buy am, wetin una think? we're looking at De gea as a replacement. |
logica: It seems your eyes are focused on Real Madrid, that you forget Athletico Madrid. Athletico is still pretty close.Unless we want to deceive ourselves, A.Madrid has never been a threat and i don't see it changing this season, you know them, they're likely to start dropping serious points soonest. All in all, 18-20 points lead would be too bad for the league no matter who happens to be on the 2nd position. |
dmcdad: I get your point but, maybe I am just being greedy. I just want us to win everything this time around. I know it ain't gonna be easy, but impossible is nothing. The reason I crave for more points is the fact that, I need us to focus more on other competitions as well, while having an eye on the league itself because as it is now, the league is half-won... Won't you agree? With 10 points, we'll still win, 20 points upward na wash jare. |
goodmike7: Why is the post misleading?there is a difference between beg and convince, they convinced the founder of boko haram to settle out of court simply because he is a broke iddioot and needs money and he agreed. So where did they beg the maluA rock is a rock, no matter how many cup of water you slash on it, it won't soften. your small mind is like that of a rock, infact you're a robot with no mind of its own. |
nenergy: Why do women spend the whole day at the salon?..why does Brazilain hair cost a fortune. Answer these and you have your answer.lol ![]() |
Hmmm, what is Nairaland church all about? ![]() |
dmcdad: I enjoy it because we are gonna win the league in style... It's gonna be great if we win the league with such margin...Just weary of the "not competitive arguments" we get from other league fans jare if stuffs like this happen. |
Heard Valdez refused to extend his contract and Liverpool wants him. We're looking @ swooping De gea as a replacement. |
All these to kill your fellow humans? Truly the human mind is full of wickedness. |
Sincere 9gerian: Those groups exist only in your jaundiced imagination. You dead conscience is pricking you or what? ![]() |
If they won't beg, they should offer the 1 billion naira jare, that should be something to campaign for 2015 election ![]() |
dmcdad: Thank God madrid drew their match against Osasuna... Lets hope we ride past Malaga tomorrow and make it 18 points...I am no longer enjoying the huge gap we're having over the rest of the clubs. it's making the league uninteresting. 10 points gap to me is okay, but 18-25 points? haba.. |
Sagamite: Yeah, I am not saying after training, they would wake up and be David Beckham. But then, we can't be so sure that they are not made to do these in training, even at their various club sites, i just believe we do not have players cut out for stuffs like free-kicks. Maybe corner kicks, but for free kicks, we haven't been lucky at all. |
Some people have comprehension problem, these 10 law makers are from CPC and those that took them to court are also from CPC, they're against eachother because of eligibility issue" just like the case of Amaechi in 2007 when he was replaced at the last minute in the primaries. C me o: Now I can see that in Nigeria, the rate of educated illiterate are more than the regular illiterate (i.e. illiterate who never go to school) by simply assessing the comments of the people here. It is always good for one to do more research on your own and use your thinking faculty to arrive at a logical conclusion (as expected of an educated person) than relay on some unprofessional and shoddy media report. For those who care to know, its CPC Candidate VS another CPC Candidate which I believe was as a result of Abacha's son interference in the party activities back then. For the educated illiterate, pls get your facts straight. |
goodmike7: its not funny at all,if i were close to him right now i can kill him for this rubish. So you want to fight for God? do you work for boko haram or what? ![]() |
mbhs139: Is it because they are Burkina Faso or Ethopia. Please note, names don't play football, ok?The last time we played Ethiopia, they were beaten 3 : 0 by the SE, so what again? ![]() |
Babamide: We all expect nigeria to perform woefully in this AFCON. By the 3rd group match, we would turn mathematicians calculating how many goals Zambia must beat Burkina Faso for nigeria to qualify.Speak for yourself and the rest of your mates, not for people like us, we follow the SE with our heads. |
Sports Radio Brila FM · 16 minutes ago · Eagles Pip Rotterdam In Friendly …Dutch Coach Hails Mikel, Omeruo The Super Eagles continued its buildup for the Afcon 2013 Nations Cup in South Africa later this month with an amazing display of attacking football to overwhelm Dutch side, Sparta Rotterdam 1-0, in Faro, Portugal on Saturday afternoon. The game which was played at the Browns Sports and Leisure Club, where the Eagles are presently camped for the SA 2013 championship started on a cautious not for both sides, but it was the Eagles which featured Skipper Joseph Yobo pairing youthful Kenneth Omeruo, who was impressive in the heart of the defence, that seized the initiatives just five minutes into the encounter. A combination of Efe Ambrose and Ahmed Musa found Nosa Igiebor at the edge of the box, but he blasted wide. In the 10th minute, Mikel Obi combined beautifully with Igiebor to free Emenike, but his shot was again wasted. Mikel again did a yeoman’s job in the 14th minute to send Emenike clear and he promptly tucked the ball into the net but Dutch referee for the game Wim Bronsvoort ruled it offside. From then on it was one way traffic as the Eagles seized control of the game but Igiebor, Moses, Emenike and Musa somehow managed not to score and the half thus ended goalless, to the chagrin of Stephen Keshi, who thought his wards should have at least been two goals up by then. The Eagles continued from where they stopped in the second stanza and in the 55thminute, Ambrose Efe combined beautifully with Musa, who dribbled his way into the vital area before laying the ball for bulky Emenike to riffle home for what turned out the only goal of the encounter. After the goal Keshi made eight changes to his team with Ejike Uzoenyi coming in for Victor Moses, Gabriel Reuben for Mikel, Ike Uche for Emenike, Sunday Mba for Nosa Igiebor, Brown Ideye for Musa, Ogenyi Onazi for Yobo, Nwankwo Obiorah for Ogude Fegor and goalkeeper Chigozie Agbim for Vincent Enyeama. The Dutch side did threaten a couple of times through dangerman, Donovan Deekman spotting number 11 jersey, but it was dealt by Enyeama and later by Agbim. Infact, they took only one straight shot at goal that was easily pick up by Enyeama at the start of the second half. The Eagles continued their dominant play even with the changes but Ideye, Uche, Reuben and Mba failed to increase the tally, to keep the scoreline at only 1-0, after 90minutes. Rotterdam coach, Michel Vonk, said he was delighted with the robust, attacking play of the Eagles, adding that if they keep it up they will go far at the Nations Cup. “Your team play physical and quick and at times they slow it down and before you know it they are all over you. I told my players that is what to expect and we were not disappointed. Their quality is very good”, he said. The coach singled out Mikel Obi and Kenneth Omeruo for special mention. “Your number 10 (Mikel), is very good, creative and has good vision, then Omeruo, very good aerially and gives good cover to the keeper. Your team wasted a lot of chances, they must learn to take them at the Nations Cup and I wish them good luck”, he concluded. |
Sagamite: Persin no need special legs to take set-pieces especially corner kicks. It can be learnt and a coach should be able to get focus on it in training.Well sha, not every player can do justice to set-pieces especially free-kicks, we haven't really had exceptional free kick taker, not even Jay Jay. Maybe Nosa and some other midfielders can take that up. |
siddiq202: compare your first comment to the last one you made... The first was authoritativeHe's suppose to be in camp (with the team) 7 days before the tournament, meaning if he doesn't head to camp today, he won't make the tournament. playing today for TOT obviously means he's not interested in going, but who knows, maybe he wants to be going for the tournament from his club, play and return, or not even go at all. All in all, in 7 day's time, we shall see. |
Sagamite: One of the basic things I would use to judge this SE team in the ANC is their set-pieces.Do we have any competent player to do justice to set-pieces? Nosa and Mikel are the only 2 players fit for taking set pieces, how many goals have we been able to convert for a long time now from free-kicks, corner kicks and throw-ins? |
siddiq202: Abeg shift joor. Instead of you to accept that you are unaware of the latest development, you dey do strong head.Young man, learn to get current news before you end up eating your word. all the same, since he keeps changing his mouth, who knows, maybe he'd end up going, but as for now, he may not be there. he played today for Tot. http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story/_/id/1295462/french-paper:-emmanuel-adebayor-won't-play-in-anc?cc=5901 That's another link to why i said he's likely not going, but in 7 days time, we'd be clear. I hope you can comprehend where i am coming from now while remaining civil? ![]() |
