Lagos state has NEVER given out OKADA to anyone (as far as i am concerned) in the last 4 years. There are skills acquisition centers everywhere in Lagos, Lagos state government should give everyone who comes with his or her okada to the office #100,000 to sustain their lives and also told to pick up an interest in any skills they want (if they want to remain in Lagos), after completion, outstanding ones should be given financial support to set up a business with that skill.

Okada adds nothing (long term) to the economy and it ridicules education.
