I sold the shop to a friend midway into my programme because it was interfering with my academic activities. Moreover, myriads of levies from government agencies or government sanctioned agencies were cutting deep into my take home profit. On the other hand, my video game lenses do develop problem from time to time necessitating its replacement. The cost of its replacement no be moi moi. I hope that my sketchy estimate will be adequate enough.

In Lagos, i cut my hair for 300 naira and the saloon looks great, 6 "moving chairs" 2 huge mirrors facing eachother, glass wall (transparent), Plasma tv and AC. i am going to try and find out how much each of the equipment in the store cost. looking into settling up a 4 star barbing saloon. (maybe 3 in different location). I kindly like the saloon and it looks very elegant. the dressing they do on your head alone after cutting the hair would make you keep coming.

BTW: the saloon pix you posted looks so old school to me, to be the best, a saloon should be ready to stand out from the rest. i won't go into any saloon looking that way. the barber isn't even putting on shoes.

ACM10: It depends on the location. Those expenses he left behind varies from one location to the other. They can be pretty substantial in some areas.
Well, I graduated from the university many years ago. Figures which I might put here may be wrong because it may have revised upwards.
BTW, I'm not arguing with him. I'm only trying to prompt him to factor in some expenses. What he put up was so straightforward, while it is much more complicated in reality.
