Here are some of the important headlines that may help with
your upcoming trading decisions today:

1. (AU) Australia's A$1.59B trade deficit, this is a two year
low and the third consecutive deficit. Imports rose 5% while
exports gained only 2%. Australia released its Federal Budget
projections which maintained a surplus of A$1.5B for 2012/13
period but widened its 2011/12 deficit to A$44.4B from prior
deficit of A$37.1B seen in Nov. Treasurer Swan has warned
that this is just the start and it will continue to grow.
Also saying that the budget will give some relief to the
lower and middle income families and reiterated that the
surplus will give the RBA additional room for rate cuts if
needed.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? It means that AUD looking for more
downside potential as RBA has more rooms for rate cuts while
the economy has shifted (due to high value in the AUD currency)
from net export to net import... When considering an economy
that is highly dependent of the other (China), AUD is open
to risk... I'd definitely looking to SELL if AUDUSD were to
retest recent resistance levels (1.0200 +/-)
We'll have the Employment Change Release out of AU tomorrow,
it will be the next catalyst to SELL AUD if we get a weak
number, therefore I'd recommend to read the plan and get ready

2. (EU)(GR)Greece Syriza leader Tsipras clarifies the party
intends to stick to their pre election pledges regarding not
seeking further austerity measures; seeking a coalition of
leftist parties- Greek bailout pledges are null and void
following vote; would not support a Govt that is pro
austerity. Would agree to coalition govt with New Democracy
and PASOK parties only on the condition that they back out
of pledges to the EU and IMF.- Discloses intent to
redistribute tax burden and build growth plans; reiterates
would not join party for 'national salvation' in efforts to
receive a bailout loan; may seek to take control of the
banks. Seeks international commission to investigate
legality of the Greece debt; renews calls for debt
moratorium...

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? It means that the market was right and
precisely why EU and IMF took so long to approve the second
bailout for Greece. Now that Greece's political instability
could eventually lead to withdrawal of the EU, I believe
that traders will SELL EURUSD down to the 1.2650 level for
the very least, unless the new government dials down a few
notches... In the meantime, it is open season to sell on
rally.

3. (US) Fed's Lacker said that any additional stimulus will not
lower the unemployment rate; rate is reflective of a
shortage in skilled labor and the risk to additional
stimulus would be inflation. In a CNBC interview Fed's
Fisher noted that higher inflation rate as advocated by
economist Paul Krugman would only see corporate sector pull
back on investment.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? It means that there will be no stimulus
anytime soon. In my Weekly Review + Overview, I've written
extensively on the NFP and I believe the present combination
of hawkish stance of FOMC and the fact that the two upcoming
NFPs are likely to be ahead of the 100K level, QE3 is more
likely in 2013 than 2012... to read the whole overview,
