In About 2 Hours time we will have the NFP released, I did see that there were a few typos, I have corrected them.

A Lot of people have asked why are we trading the GBPJPY on a US news release. My Answer to them was: Good print on the US reports is sometimes not good for the US$ because it causes risk appetite to increase which causes the US$ to go down; hence a safer bet is to trade the GBPJPY.

Good US news would generally make GBPJPY go higher and bad US news would generally make it go lower.

1) PreNews: No Trade

2) Spike Trade:
Use a Trigger of +60 Deviation = If the Report prints >233 K Jobs and no Change in un-employment, or Unemployment Goes Lower:

Buy GBPJPY; Stop PR price target 80 Pips except upto 30 Pips Slippage .

Use a Trigger of -60 Deviation = If the Report prints <113 K Jobs and no Change in un-employment, or Unemployment Goes Higher:

Sell GBPJPY; Stop PR price target 80 Pips Except upto 30 Pips Slippage .


3) Post Spike Continuation:
If we get a Spike Trade to the downside we will be looking to Sell the GBPJPY [Note Sell Only] If We get a buy spike I will not attempt to go long; beacuse I beleive that the market has allaredy priced in a better than 173,000 number based on the lower than expected Unemployment Claims released on Thursday.

So If we get a Spike Trade to the down Side, I will attempt to Sell the GBPJPY from a reasonable price 2-5 mins after the report I will like to have the stop above pre-release price only if the entry makes sense for at least a 1:1 risk reward.

4) Post Spike Reversal:
If we do not get a spike trade to the upside, i.e. the number prints anywhere from 173000 to 233,00 I will attempt to Sell the GBPJPY 1-5 Miniutes into the report, at the 1 Min spike High or a close below the pre-release price.
