My Pastor actually said pastors/prayers can't choose a wife/husband for anyone, you know the person you want to get married to, you have the same access to God just like any other pastor in this world, there's no different way to gain access to God through prayers except doing the same thing the pastors are doing. (grace, salvation, fellowship with God and all that).

  Pastors do not have 10 heads, the bible and God is for everyone who's ready to follow Christ, so why should your mother stand in your way by using prayers as an excuse? my mom was once like that until she wanted to do the same with my elder brother who's also a pastor (funny eh?), my bro asked her if her own pastor serves a God different from his, has supernatural powers that any other pastors/christian can't possess, ever since that my malee don cool down.


  Just threaten your mom that IF SHE DOES NOT TELL YOU WHAT HER PASTOR SAID, THEN YOU ARE GOING AHEAD TO MARRY HER WITH OR WITHOUT HER CONSENT.

This weekend's Nigeria Premier League kick-off has been suspended following the inability of the NFF to provide match officials for the games.

A statement from the NPL said the league was 'put on hold on the strength of the NFF's letter stating that all NFF's Committees including the Referees Appointment Committee have been dissolved'.

According to NFF Statutes, the responsibility for appointing match officials falls within the purview of the NFF, and that responsibility lies with the NFF's Referees Committee.

But with the Board still in limbo, pending the withdrawal of the court case instigated by NANF, the secretariat have been unable to assume the responsibility.

NPL explains Owumi "arrest"

The Nigeria Premier League have explained that chairman Davidson Owumi was not arrested by the EFCC on Wednesday, but invited to answer questions

"First, Mr Owumi was never handcuffed as being reported in a section of the media, as he was preparing to meet other board members of the NPL on the said morning when two men from the commission came in.

"The men from the commission requested that the presence of the NPL chairman was needed at the EFCC headquarters in Abuja, which he obliged politely.

"Mr Owumi was later released after he was interrogated by the commission based on allegations filed against him by Barrister Nnaji.

"He spent 45 minutes at the headquarters of the commission," the NPL statement read.

EFCC spokesman Femi Babafemi described the development as a routine process of interrogation.

"He was picked this morning in Abuja for questioning. It was just a routine question-and-answer session. That's why we released him after interrogating him," said the EFCC spokesman.

Owumi later presided over the meeting of the board at the headquarters of the Nigeria Premier League.

Nigeria ranking remain unchanged

A period of turmoil in Nigerian football did not seem to affect much in the rankings, as the country stayed 5th on the continent and 34th overall in the latest Fifa rankings released on Wednesday.

Guinea, which beat the Super Eagles early this month, were propelled a massive 34 places to 47th in the world and breaking into the last place in Africa's top 10.

Nigeria's other 2012 African Nations Cup group rivals Ethiopia and Madagascar also experienced contrasting fortunes. Ethiopia, who won away to Madagascar, moved up two places to 133rd overall and 36th in Africa while Madagascar dropped six places to 160 overall and 42nd in Africa.

There was only one change in the continent's top five, with Gabon plummeting eight places down and out of the top five, where they were replaced by Algeria.

It took the india lady to run an impossible speed. What she did may not be possible. the nigeria was ahead in the first picture about 150 meters to the finish line. by nearly 6 meter. It is impossible.

The india lady may have been on drug. And there may have been a reason to try to shift the focus from the india ladys. This india ladys were suppose not to be not world class runners. Look at thier previous heat. The india could not have performed that way. Something happened. Consider the fact that india is a third countries.
