How do you manage outbounding so many domains. With all the new Gmail restrictions and spam issues

How my 2025 went.

Acquired 280 domains. (106 during one dot com $1.9/2 point something promo, while the remaining from Dreamhost, unstoppable and Z for $5). GEO/EMD. All hand reg.

I've probably worked on around 65% once and yet to work on 35%.

I worked on around 17 to 23 names monthly. Manual scraping and outbound.

Made 7 sales jan, 5 feb, 1 March, 3 April, May 0, June break , July 2, August 6, September 2, October 2, November 2, December 3.

Sold 33 total, all afternic lander. $369 average sale price. Sold only 2 from first email. The rest are offers which could even be at first email. While few are after price drops.

$12,179 before commission.
$9,326 after commission and expenses.

I price 988 for Geo while 1455 for EMDs. I send total of 4 to 5 emails follow up and stop at $300. I plan to do price drops to 150 or 100 when I revisit the domains for second round of outbound however I'll start from 988/1455

I counter or not to offers depending on the situation at hand.

Few tips that might help.

Utilize promos. I would have spent around $2,500 to acquire 280 names but it only cost me $1,117 or my $1,117 would have bought just around 124 domains. Good thing is that I still have domain to be busy on going to 2026.

If I see a niche, I check if there are cities or EMD available using namebright bulk searche. I Check if there are endusers. I find niche through sales reports, while scraping, or just when browsing/surfing the net or in my environment.

While scraping, you can sometimes find endusers email from their Facebook page. If no Facebook page or icon in the site, simply write "Facebook" in the front of the Business name or website in the search bar and search. It would bring out the Facebook page if there is one. Write " owner" or "leadership" if you want to find who the owner is.

Simple sales letter to control spam issues.

You can't just register 3 names and wonder why you didn't make 6 sales. Numbers is a big factor in this game. Register, work it and go to the next.

For every sale report you see, there are handful that didn't get sold.

In everything I use common sense, I evaluate options, consider pros and cons then decided what I prefer.

Everyones journey would be different because our creativity differs, information we have is different, how we assimilate and use information is different... Just do your best.

How To Get Leads For Your Domain Names

Assuming you have a domain name like: MiamiChiropractor/com (or any extension) and you want to get email leads, type this on google:
Miami Chiropractor "@gmail.com" OR "@hotmail.com" OR "@yahoo.com" OR "@outlook.com" OR "icloud.com" OR "aol.com" and hit search. There you go with some leads. Good luck in your outbounding.

this is nice, but the end users you will get are those that don't want to spend money to get custom email. how much would they budget to buy a domain name.

For outbounding 99% of Google-Google emails enter spam folder. If one check all the emails that receives replies for outbounding u will notice it is non-google email like 'something@companyname-tld.

I don't know what Google did to Gmail, everything na spam now.

Finally someone has brought it up. Google has diferent ways of marking your email as spam, i.p, sending pattern, spam content, same subject to different people, same email to different people, same signature.

Just an observation that I have been working with sometimes. Please before you start outbounding a geodomain, it would be nice to search the location e g los Angeles on Google then click news to see n confirm there isn't any natural disasters occuring there. because some end-users in such locations may be interested in purchasing your domain but due to the humanitarian crisis caused by the disasters they are facing, may not have the time or zeal to reply you at that particular period. So if you notice the whole city/ state is going through some stuff like that, just work on other cities domains that are disaster free until some few weeks later wen the dust has settled, then you can come back to work on the ones you left. Another instance is the severe winter storms across like 14 states.

Assuming person don buy my CaliforniaBestWildfirePrevention.com i listed for $23,000, they wont be going through all this

This is just my "opinion" oooo

- Houston is a robust city.
- Texas as a state, prides itself as a Truck-loving place.
- Other Keyword variants seem competitive

If you have the heart, hold the name - but don't price it high (so as to get your first sale - to boost morale).

Manually source for your leads.... Google those keywords "Houston Truck Dealers" and contact every company that comes up.

If you don't have access to the CEO or owner, engage with whomever you can reach. Folks have sold names by simply filling out the "contact us" form.

If you get someone's email address (eg: the General manager) - search online for the name of the owner/CEO ( then, coin their email in the same way as that of the General Manager) ... Hope this makes sense!

Don't expect a sale on the first outbound, ready your mind to do some follow-up emails - give it 1 week intervals (so you don't come across as a nuisance).

Finally - don't be afraid to make a mistake...(you'd make a few) - I'd urge you to hold the name, outbound and follow-up ... If it sells - KUDOS! If it doesn't sell - it doesn't necessarily mean you did something wrong...(just take it as the "cost of learning".

I received an offer for a domain at 300, countered with 600, he didn't reply. After a week I message him to up his offer and add something to it, yet no reply. Then after 2 days again, I asked if he was still interested in the domain for $300. He replied with "yes, how can I pay".
Immediately, I imported lead for $300 at Dan. And as I was typing a message to him that he would receive a mail from Dan(which I later sent), A message landed into my in box from Dan that he had confirmed the offer (this was around 11:00pm Nigerian time).

So I went to bed with the expectation of waking to see payment alert from Dan. The following day, no show.

At 3rd day, I asked Dan what's up? They said the man hasn't paid for the domain.

At 4th day, I mailed the end user, telling him he hasn't purchased the domain. Perhaps he is having some difficulties in going about it or if there any way I could help ,he should tell me.

He replied back with, "Yes please! send me the link to pay please"

I told him that Dan had already send him a message to this effect, he should confirm if he did receive the message.... He didn't reply.

I related his message (his request for payment link) to Dan CS.

Yesterday morning, Dan told me that their account manager had sent the end user the payment link.

Yesterday evening, I informed him about the link forwarded to his mail as he requested. Then I asked him if he did receive the message or not. Yet no reply from him up to this morning.

I am confused about his state of mind.

Why he is ignoring anything that has to do with Dan.

Maybe he wants me to send the Link to him by my self?

And that means 15% off the deal which is too much for me.

I'm thinking of using daaz (which is 10%), then send him the landing page link by myself.

But will bringing in daaz (another escrow) not raise or confirm any suspicion to the end user? ( All this whites could be hypersensitive).

And will it not bring an offense to Dan?


Or perhaps the end user isn't serious?
