That’s what’s I was trying to say some days ago, the country is filled up the focus will be on inland, lots of ex students within Canada that are awaiting permanent residency.
it's only negative news that we will see you, you won't talk with your fourth senses, how you say a country is full, that's why there is no draw.
I saw your comment where you are asking if there will be health draw, asking desperately, instead of you to be positive or you keep your negativity to yourself, you are every where here talking like you came out from the bed with the prime minister of Canada.

My work portfolio is all encompassing that’s why you can see several job duties.

But genuinely I’d love to hear your opinion on what NoC code you think I should have chosen.

I spoke to our HR and they mentioned that they can’t adjust the reference letter as what they have stated is indeed what my job entails.

Per the advices I’ve received here I’ve come to understand that my job includes several NoC. So if you can render any advice on which NOC you think is most related, I’d appreciate your input.

I’m reattaching the reference letter for your review.

Thank you honorable member 😂😂😂

If these are what you stated as your experience, then indeed is a mismatch, what concern buisness development with legal assistant, it's a Noc of its own, the financial aspect you stated here, what concern legal assistant to it
.it has its Noc.

A lot of errors here .
Legal assistant is only legal work, no addition, whether you are working in the bank, church, it must be legal work only.

You do not have to list all these experience, you are using Noc for Legal assistant, stick to just the experience that fall under Legal assistant.

If you are choosing Noc for buisness development, avoid mixing it with work that fall under Legal assistant.

I hope it's clear?

Saw lots of error too.

The mismatch is real🤣🤣

IRCC stress. I remember once contacting a licensed immigration lawyer about the spousal sponsorship process. The man said he was going to bill me $4,500 and also sent me a long set of requirements and the wait time was over a year. I just told my partner to consider writing IELTS and enter the express entry pool as I moved to Canada via express entry and was conversant with the process. Spouse sponsorship looked complex to me even though everyone says its easy. She eventually got PR via express entry and through the process people were telling her to just do spouse sponsorship as express entry is hard. Upon landing the CBSA officer too told her that she could have just applied into the family class program

I have same opinion with the officer, isn't a long process?
Thank God it ended in praise.

Someone I know did the assylum thing in 2015, or less, I can't remember.
She succeeded.
If you read comments, we are saying that these days, it's hardly obtainable.
Many are littered on streets of Canada.

I won't advise my person to go through that route, except for USA.

Why can't you just let them be and stop being nosy. The fact that you are doing well in Nigeria, doesn't mean others are too. I have said it before, that route is not for those who are doing well in Nigeria, because you might be feeling some kind of regrets on why you embark on such a journey. It's for those who doesn't have anything doing in Nigeria, so they are better-off in Canada as an asylum seekers than be a deadbeat in Nigeria.

You stay in your Nigeria and let others be, everyone has different destiny. Don't use yours to judge others. A" made it Big in Nigeria, doesn't mean B" will find such favor. Some of you in here will not even want to say the truth on how you cut corners to make it in Nigeria, rather you guys will be here discouraging others who doesn't have such opportunity and insulting them on why they left Nigeria with a VV" or whatsoever, who una epp self? If if if I slap una ehn...

N:B. Asylum nor be Ajobo route, all the Ajebos in the house should desist from it, and let the Kpakos and deadbeats make use of it while it last. Even if they are facing deportation, leave them and let them be, e nor concern una. #Antagonist

It's not easy for a lot of people in Nigeria, the person going to Canada with VV must be very rich, fight ticket nko, accomodation, I don't think they fit in the struggling Nigeria thing.

Then your statement, even if they are facing deportation,e no concerne🤣, you are right.

Cheer them on.

I have never understood how many Nigerians think. You are planning to do something you don't know much about, and people with first-hand experience are telling you all the ways it could go wrong. Instead of listening and perhaps making tweaks to your plans, you declare the advisers to be 'bad belle' and hurl insults at them. Even with ample data and evidence that you're on a path with very limited chances of success, you take a deep dive — hook, line, and sinker — and hope for the best.

The average Nigerian always thinks his case will be different. I'm sure our overly-religious nature contributes to this way of thinking. "Me, I will find mercy." "God will work a miracle for me." "Where many have failed, I shall succeed." LOL.

I don't think there's any point in arguing with people who want to embark on a journey that will most likely lead to catastrophe. We are all adults, and people should be free to lay their beds however they want to — as long as they lie on it without complaining.

They actually know the truth, they know they messed up, it's clear, they are looking for a ray if hope, looking desperately for a little light, hence they attack anyone that will stand on their way.

I wish them Luck.

I just need people that have successfully settled with VV to comment, people that did not marry a Canadian for paper.

Tell us your story, that's what here is for right?

We share our success story, maybe the VV candidates will see something to hold on to.

Greetings everyone,

I seek your guidance regarding my NOC and EE profiles.

As the primary applicant, my credentials are as follows:

- I hold an ECA for both an MBA and a Masters in Public Health.
- I have 15 years of experience in banking until 2022, followed by employment in healthcare since then.
- Currently, I am in the pool with banking experience, allowing me to claim the maximum points for the number of years.
- My IELTS scores are as follows: Listening 7.0, Reading 6.5, Writing 7.5, Speaking 8.5.

Question 1: Should I switch my NOC to Healthcare despite having less than three years of experience in this field?

Regarding my partner's profile:

- They possess a degree in Computer Engineering without a master's degree.
- With over 10 years of experience until 2022, they transitioned to healthcare from that year onward.
- Age: 38
IELTS scores: Listening - 8.5, Reading - 8.0, Writing - 7.0, and Speaking - 8.0.

Question 2: Can my partner become the primary applicant based on their age and higher points for language skills, even though they have less than three years work experience in healthcare?

Also considering Manitoba pnp as we have a sibling there. Also not sure whether to use banking or healthcare.

Thank you

The least experience you need to be in the pool is 1 yr, your primary Noc can be a year, then your second Noc can have the number of years that when added to your primary Noc of 1yr or more, it will give you maximum point .

Hello SemperFid. I understand your situation and trust me, I was in that same thing about 5months ago. However, I never relented. Your profession still falls under healthcare/medical hence you are at an advantage. Being a more matured guy in tech, I watched my CRS decline from 405 to 330 in a space of 2yrs.

Options:
1. French Exam : Take the TEF/TCF french exam. I had to register with AllianceFrancais to learn French for 6months. Taking the exams will make you qualify for the category based draws and French is highly sought after in Canada.
2. PNP : Some provinces want health workers so bad. In my case, they also needed tech professionals in New Brunswick, so i researched and attended couple of Info Sessions/webinars to know more about the province. In no time, I received a Notification of Interest then submitted an EOI. Got the Nomination, submitted and within 6days, got ITA with the next draw and a boosted CRS of 913.

For those with CRS of 450 and below, please don't loose hope, PNP and French exam to the rescue

I know when you got the nomination.

Congratulations in advance

If he can take the french exams and get nclc 7 across all bands, there's hope for pnp in certain provinces. Ontario, for instance, has a french speakers stream for pnp (you must have a crs score of at least 400 to be considered for any stream). The French draws used to have cut off far below 400 but the last one had a cut off of 410. It may still come down..

He runs his own business so he should search and see what noc he can fit into. In the past, people have been able to claim work experience from their own business. Go through previous threads or search to see who it has worked for. Also, ensure he is able to meet the 67/100 eligibility for express entry with the diploma
crs of atleast 400?😑,

you can write it yourself if you can Google about procedural fairness letter, or you can get an expert on it.

Kcenyimbk:

Goodafternoon everyone.
Please I’m in desperate need of help and ideas right now.
I applied for spousal sponsorship in June 2023,
My husband came back on April 2023,got married to me and travelled back to Canada….
We applied in May but our application was rejected due to some mistakes, then we reapplied in June…
I’ve done biometrics,Medicals and all documentation…
Was waiting for ppr, when I got an email…
A procedural fairness letter….
First of all they asked me to prove my marriage the further,by adding more pictures and chats and documentation…
That one is not an issue..
The main issue now is that they said I’m guilt for misrepresentation……
I never knew I made a mistake in the form……
To be honest,I filled the wrong box by mistake…
In 2017,I was denied a us visiting visa…
I think I wanted to go for vacation or something….
I can’t even remember why they rejected me…
It was since 2017,
So they asked me to prove myself,if found guilty,I will be banned for 5 years….
My marriage is still very young and the emotional turmoil of long distance sef is painful….
I consulted some consultant and she said I should look for the slip they gave me the refusal slip…
I can’t find it….
But I had to search my mail and saw the application slip with the application number…..
How do we go about it and honestly,we don’t have the funds for a lawyer at this moment….
Pls has any one gone through this

People have gotten their PR with this same issues, they gave their explanation, attached the refusal slip, they got what they want.

Did US ban you?
No
Just get to work.

Thank you very much, we got an email from them to submit my daughter's birth certificate and we sent it. We got another email from them yesterday which is procedural fairness stating that I refused to declare my us refusal and I have the opportunity to explain, my husband sent an email explaining and we attached the refusal letter. To God be the glory, woke up this morning to the ppr for my daughter and I.

This 🖕 is one of the people that got Pr even after they failed to declare their Us visa refusal.

It's here on nairaland.
So calm down.
