Faith2013: Hi hun! I'm doing great. I called the # u provided from ur previous posts. The lady I spoke with told me that u traveled to UK. Hmmm!! any who!! I live in Canada, so the line was not clear. Just wanted to ask u for natural blend recipies (smooties) that can help with low sperm count. DH loves smooties. DH has been on Fertilaid and count boost for 3 months. He had sperm analysis last week to see if there is any improvement. We still waiting for the result. btw check ur e-mail.

Every fertility smoothie should be based on antioxidant fruits and cruciferous vegetables.these will kip the toxin that has bn swept away by the detox to remain away.it drastically boosts fertility,count n motility(by GODS grace)

after detox with plenty of water move on to 5days of anti oxidant cocktail nd green fertility smoothies,recipie:-

DAY 1 cocktail breakfast
one ounce strawberry
one ounce blueberry
one ounce blackberry
blend togedat and serve chilled

Lunch

Fruits to choose from,apple,avacado,banana,etc,dont exceed one of each of the fruits wen mixin with the smoothie.

If you can get guava leaves,blend and sieve with warm water nd serve him twice daily after the 5days of fertility cocktail n smoothie.serve the guava leaf extract 4 5days.then move on to

Eating young carrots nd cucumber,if you can get roast green plantain serve him daily with vegetable sause,this phase will last 4 5days too

@golden dear,sowie i hvnt bn here in a while,you see cosmetics,make up and dermatolgy are all diffrent,if you dont hv a perfect skin make up from inside no mata d cream or make up u apply,it wont mate.myself i tried all sorts of creams,infact each time i travelled to a country that got pretty people lik brazil,mexico i head straight to their cosmetic shop,to findout the type of creams n regimen they apply,but finally all i achieved was a rack full of junk creams that neva worked for me.i gave up n mum suggested d vitamins,so doin it from inside nd gettin a perfect skin type cream n make up will giv u d look n feel u deserve.lots of lov dear.

daalu nwanyi oma,imeela.if you cant readily get ur hands on shake off u can try half lemon nd a glass n half of warm water,but it might take a slightly longer days,between 8 nd 9 days to be exact,method is half lemon to a full glass nd half of warm water,to be taken twice daily or just once as soon as you wake up.(depending on which your system is comfortable with)

honestly i dont nd hv never placed him on any special diet,every meal has its nutrition.placing him on a crash diet or sudden diet change will definitely lead to shock in his fertility hormone nd hormonal shyness is certain,that is to say he will become drug dependent to stimulate his hormonal activities.rather what i do is if i feel he has put on weight,i cut his normal food portion in 3,feed him 2parts and let him work the rest out on the gym,saturdays he plays basketball nd sundays we walk to church.so in d real sense i dnt change his diet for weightloss nor fertility purposes,personally it works for us and hes as strong as a stallion.

First stop all medication because grape fruit hardly interracts with some meds.all you need now is EPO and GRAPE juice(preferably natural fresh one,squeeze it yourself)

here are some of the products i used that dint work for my dry,dull skin.i think it would work good for some other people because they are highly recommended products.
