Dissolve 1tablespoon bsm in half cup hot water,then fill d cup wit cold water in such a way the water will remain warm not hot,then add ur acv,drink 3times daily for 2weeks then increase the acv to 2tablespoons.dependin on d size of d fibroid,within a month there should b a positive improvement.this same protocol works for cyst too.

In less than a few minutes,because its an ANTI COAGULANT,it causes blood fluidity,it leads to death sometimes wen u hv an injury or durin child birth,the opposite of vitamin e is vitamin k,vitamin k is given wen u bleed profusely it helps to clot d blood.but in a case where ur body is saturated with vit e,vitamin k will never work,u will bleed without control.so be very careful while usin vitamin e,it liquifies ur blood(fluidity)that is the reason most ppl who take high dose vitamin e,end up hvin miscarriages,@kaynee pls tk note,i guess u need to reduce d vitamin e u tk,maybe ur body dosnt nid much of it,probably it caused d evaquation

For acv its called an antipiretic,cure all,but acv is so strong it can shut down ur system if nt used correctly,for some i ask dem to take 1tablespoon,for d oda i ask u take 2tablespoons,the ladies i share wit via mail knw wat am sayin.pls ask questions b4 usin these products,you must not ask me,there are sooo many other ladies online here who can support you.

Lemon juice & acv are both alkalizing,and should never b used togeda.

Epo causes fluidity too,that is d reason u r recommended to only take epo wen af shows,check my previous posts u will understand wat i mean.it helps ur af remain viscos,u stop once ovulation occurs.

I encourage everyone to buy cayenne pepper in case of situations lik this,just mix a teaspoon of cayenne in a cup of hot water,nd drink immediately,the bleedin will stop immediately.

But in situations where you dont hv cayenne,ur first reaction should be,get a wrapper,spread it out,place ice blocks or blocked sachet water,wrap it up nd place on ur abdomen,lie down on ur back,put a pillow under ur bum,and raise ur leg,stay in this position for some hours,d bleedin will drastically subside,but u must kip watch on it,if possible go to d doctor or use cayenne powder.
