@lore & temi i ve mailed u d recipie,pls neva combine ginger n garlic,atleast i ve told anyone to do soooo,maybe it might b gud 4 sumfin else,really i dnt knw,hmm d taste will b rutless,might even b able to wake a dead man,lol,its done in stages,preferably as stage 2 u do d ginger type
blend 1cm ginger,scoop into a cup pour hot water,cover for 10mins,sieve then add 1tablespoon honey,drink hot(the ginger is best wit d bk,jus was thoroughly)for 3days,twice daily.you may read further on its effectiveness as uterus cleanse online

Stage 3:-do same as stage 2,but replace ginger wit garlic n insert some in vijay(bruise d garlic skin b4 inserting,remove by morning)removes every last drop of uti,pid etc in readiness 4 fertility tippin.

So u see they came in two diffrent stages,wen u finish stage 1,u move to stage 2 and d rest of d protocol continues

@diva do u tk epo throughout?me i was even finkin it should only b taken frm start of af to beginning of ovulation,though if u r nt plannin a baby yet you can take it throughout the cycle,it also enhances skin appearance.

For fertile ewcm i always recommend lemon + warm water
Squeeze half lemon in a glass of warm water,drink 1 or 2glasses a day beginnin from 1week to ovulation,d ewcm will between 4 and 6days,wit a massive flow,and d reason i lov this cocktail is because lemon is highly alkalizing,so d ewcm is very sp.er.m friendly.
