luckily it finally started sum few hours latter,she felt a mild movement,crampin n pressure to expel around her bk door,she rushed to her custard bucket,n poo'd for almost 15mins,she dint nid to push,it was fallin out in lumps,thick,black,clogged togeda nd very slimmy(accordin to her description)it was lik mucus nd where deep green to black,she jumped up n screamed,dh rushed only to behold a weird lookin fin,she got a straw n tried to seperate d slimmie stuff but dey held togeda lik baby nasal mucus,accordin to her she kept starrin @ it,until dh forced her to flush it,she even contemplated on sharin d pix wit us bt she felt no oda person has posted such nd dh felt it wasnt necessary,her dh was askin if guys can also detox,hahahaha,i tried to narrate it d way she wrote it,bt bliv me hers was more dramatic,well yes,guys can detox n again edmark detox woks afta 8hrs,so rush close to ur loo once its almost 8hrs.spread it so it can accomodate two a day.

Go to ur clinic or buy ph balance test kit,its cheap,get a strip(its lik lithmus paper)dip it in ur urine,if it reads les than 7.0 ur sick,that means ur body is acidic,if it reads 7.0 it means ur body is okay,jus neutral,but if it reads over 7:0 it means ur body is super healthy n u cant fall sick at dat level,once u r less dan 7:0(acidic)and sick u can heal ur body by bringin it up over 7:0 but dnt exceed 8.5 unless in a very serious condition lik c.a.n.c.e.r

@jossy sowie bout ur issue,i ve posted an alternative remedy for st.ap.h,maybe i cud resend,buy plain yougourt without colourin,flavourin or sweetner,the type labelled active live culture

step 2:mix 2table spoons of honey nd 2table spoons of acv in 2cups of hot/warm water,dip ur clean wash cloth in d mixture,wring out d water nd use d cloth in wipin ur vijayjay,go as dip inside as possible.den apply d yougourt n liv it,do dis protocol twice daily or as many times as u wish.

To avoid reocurrance wash ur underwear in diluted acv water n rinse well b4 spreadin out.

To ensure u c.u.r.e from inside,take 1tablespoon of vinegar in a glass of water 3times daily for 8-12days,for a permanent c.u.r.e.
