hi op,i fink u shud take it gradually,from slow walkin to fast pace,you can walk from bukka to senate building,next day yu stroll to d gate,its a bit of a distance,nxt day you can walk from senate building to CC guest house,then move further next day to quarters,the good fin is dat d roads r very smooth nd good for jogging,u can drink liquid(water or fruit juice b4 joggin)but Dnt tk liquid 30mins after jogging.all d best

cost break down
Virgin Coconut oil - 500 naira
Lemon - enough to squeeze half coke bottle
Glycerine - 1500naira(30mls)
Tea tree oil - 500 naira(100mls)
acv - half coke bottle(approx.1cup)

Method:-
Fill bath tub wit warm water,add 1/2 coke bottle of fresh squeezed lemon
Juice
Add 1/2 coke bottle of acv
Add 1 tablespoon glycerine
Add 1teaspoon tea tree oil(good for staph)
Add 4tablespoons coconut oil
Soak whole body for 30mins or more if u cnt do it twice daily)
