I have been tryna figure out how to incorporate a 'user login' to a WordPress site but no luck yet,would you mind putting me thru as im a newbie

I'm trying to incorporate 'user login' into a WordPress website..in such a way that clients with usernames and passwords assigned to them by admin can log in and access whatever content the admin wants them to access.Anyone with any info or trick on how I can achieve the desired result?I'm done with all but the login.Any urgent guide on how i can do that on a WordPress site or a particular plugin that does it will be appreciated as I will be submitting the assignment on Tuesday.

Having being following the comment,I'm really disapointed.But wait,am I missing something here,which Ghana is being portrayed in this dignified manner??
