Well in Uniport the two disciplines are fused into one, Linguistics and Communication studies... Just graduated and I'm going for service by November. I think a fusion of the two is the best deal anyone can get, at least it gives you the option of knowing which you'd rather major in while affording you the chance to gain knowledge on the two disciplines which if you ask me are interrelated. Without language man will not communicate as we do now, so understanding how language(s) function makes you a better and more functional communicator
