VIPERVENOM: most Naija artistes have no creativity dats why they sing nonsense. D annoying part is dat d ones dat sing meaningful music dont sell. I miss d good old days of remedy and plantaishun boyz and tribesmen. D foreign ones aren't left out. D likes of lil wayne, juicy j and nicki. Dats why i still listen to music from d early and mid 2000s. My best rapper still remains flo rida

Though there are some artiste that always kill the lyrics like Bruno Mars and co. Respect to the likes of 2face,Jesse Jags,Vector,Olamide,Reminisce,9ice and their mama Asa.

Abolore you know how we do our things here in Ogbomoso, those people telling you to stay with APC can't even win election at the wards not to talk of the whole constituency. Health5 Home Remedies For Back Pain From Throwing Your Back Out by horlabiyi(op): 11:34am On Aug 24, 2014
5 Home Remedies for Back Pain: Back Do you have Pain
From Throwing Your Back Out? These Easy Tips for helping
to relieve common Back Pain and a strained back can give
you comfort if done ASAP.
Uh-oh! You did it. You played basketball a bit too hard this
weekend, and now your back is throbbing. If you have
thrown out your back You can hardly move for how sore you
feel. Maybe you moved wrong and can no longer freely
rotate your neck without pain.
Sometimes, for weekend warriors, this is a common
occurrence. Not every back injury turns into a major
problem, requiring surgery or a trip to the doctor’s.
You can help yourself with a few home remedies first to see
if you can handle your back problem. However, if the pain is
throbbing, shooting down an arm or a leg, or so bad that
you can’t move, skip the home remedies and see a doctor
immediately.

1 :- Rest to heal your thrown out back
This may seem obvious, but one of the best ways to heal
back pain Back Pain From Throwing Your Back Out is
simply to rest the muscles. Don’t play basketball, lift your
kid, or strain your back in anyway. This is actually harder
than it sounds because the back is used in just about every
move you make. Try to take it easy in the days after a minor
back injury.
2 :- Posture reduces back pain
Sit in a comfortable, supportive chair with your back
straight. You can also lay in bed, on your side, with your
knees bent. This is a great way to take the pressure off your
back and help it heal from your minor exertions.
3 :- Ice your back pain
Simple back pain is usually caused by a strain and
inflammation of the surrounding tissues. In a nut shell, this
means that you have injured your tissues, and the body is
sending a ton of blood and immune mediators to the site to
repair it.
Unfortunately, this rush of material to the site can cause you
to have pain because the small ligaments and muscles are
not accustomed to the swelling. One way to deal with
inflammation at home is to put ice directly on the painful
part of the back. Ice makes your vessels constrict and this
keeps all the blood from pooling and swelling in your back.
It also makes the pain go away. You should ice your back for
about 20 minutes, and then leave the pack off for 40
minutes. You can do this three times in a row, two to three
times per day.
4 :- Heat your injured spot
If ice works so well, then why would you want to apply heat?
Ice works great in the acute, or early, phases of a back
injury. That is the time when the blood is rushing to the site
to heal the problem.
After a few days, the muscles become tight and stiff. Ice does
not help for tight muscles, but heat is perfect for it.
When you have an injury, you will likely not exercise or
move your back as much. This will cause it to lock up, and it
can cause even more pain. Get a heating pad or heat
producing patches, and you can put them directly over the
problem. With the patches, follow the instructions on the
box, but with a heating pad, try not to keep the pad on for
more than 20 minutes at a time.
The intense heat from the pad can burn the skin.
5 :- Pain Medications to relieve back pain
The last helpful home remedy for back pain is over the
counter medications. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
are the best for dealing with acute back pain from Back Pain
From Throwing Your Back Out
Medications such as ibuprofen and Naproxen chemically
discourage the blood flow to the area and help to relieve
pain. Be sure to follow the instructions on the box because
taking these drugs incorrectly can lead to pain and injury.
For instance, taking too much of the medications can cause
a dangerous bleed in your stomach.
If you are not experiencing relief with the amount of
medication directed on the box, see your doctor for advice
on what other medications you can take. He may be able to
prescribe something more effective, if you have persistent
back pain. Home Remedies for Back Pain combined may
take some time or medication to take effect.

Dear OP,kindly remove the " AFRICAN " from your thread. Things like this happen everywhere in the world, there's a lady from Iraq and a man from Germany. They met on the net and was into relationship. The parents of the lady stopped the relationship because they don't want their daughter to marry a german/white man.
