What documents did you submit? Did you ask him about the visa type? Is it PR or visiting visa?

We are not in Advanced Economics Theory class here. You should take the pain to read it up. The World bank uses Human Capital Index to rate Economic development. Economic growth is just a fxn of the size of GDP. Hence, we can have Economic growth without Economic development cos EG is a subset of ED. But we can't have ED without EG. I hope I m making sense.
