Politics › Re: Whats Your Opinion Of People Who Believe In God? by Horlufemi(m): 10:45am On Feb 26, 2017
I believe in a creator.

Why?

The universe is made up of matter and energy. Everything cities constitutes matter.

Now a part of matter became beings (matter running on energy) and started harnessing matter and energy for their own use and I ask why?

For what reason? It's just a waste of time for matter to observe itself.

I was once an atheist but I asked questions and followed where the answers lead. I found out science is just a little piece of the puzzle of a very large puzzle.

I see living things from the lowest viruses to the mighty whales as nothing more than information containing machines (robots) programmed to survive by any means necessary.

I must say with all the chaos in the universe in which such order must never stand, I am fascinated by life, by it's programing (instinct) to live.

Evolution is crap, studying living things made me realize that it takes more faith believing in evolution than believing in a creator.

We don't know whether it's a them (aliens) or an it but the evidence is overwhelming that there is a creator and there will be answers that cannot ever be answered and we will argue till kingdom come. You can't prove God exists and you can't prove he didn't exist using a piece of the puzzle.

Personal experiences too made me a believer. I believe God talks to us we only need to be attentive.

I am not ignorant of all these pastors and religions. They are a serious problem to God. I believe in Christ Jesus and don't believe in Christianity and any other religion for that matter. I only know Christ and I know that Christ > Religion.

Now you are not loosing anything in believing in Christ.

Believe in Christ and do away with any form of religion. Yes, even atheism (it's a belief).

Christ became poor so that we might through his poverty become rich... If the various promises of Christianity does not include wealth and riches, most of these pastors would be atheists by now.. do you think if you cultivate in God's vineyard He will leave you empty handed?

It's the same God that sent them on this journey, that blessed and made them extremely rich..

You are mere mortal,
God knows everything so leave the judgement for him..
Go and pay your tithe, offering and first fruit so you can receive but leave me let me be.

While you're at it make sure you sow in dollars so you can reap in dollars. lolz

We need to condemn these people, not commend them. We need to say the truth so weaker ones won't fall victim.

And you're gonna make the eternal life bah??

lmaoo grin grin atleast they boldly proclaimed their belief in God and turned many to righteousness.. and you're here boldly making critical assumptions of who's gonna make it.
God have mercy on you!
You only assumed that. Take it or leave it. Christ did not die for them to live in luxury. Who am I to talk where the great men of God are talking. I'll probably not make heaven, only God knows.

but these men won't make heaven no be curse

Their defenders will come for me, while I ignore them.

It won't, to make it easy I feel there should be a campaign on doing right and doing your job on how it will be done. Gradually it will sink into their hearts.

You can only change Nigeria from the heart of Nigerians, not by force. It will take time 20, 30 years, but it will work once it gets to their sub conscious.

Science/Technology › Solar Eclipse To Occur On Sunday – NASRDA by Horlufemi(op): 9:26pm On Feb 23, 2017
The National Space Research and Development Agency has said that there would be a partial Solar eclipse across the country on Feb . 26 .
The Head of Media and Corporate Communications , Dr Felix Ale , in a statement on Thursday said , “ A partial solar eclipse will be visible all over the country with different degree of totality to occur on Sunday , February 26 . ”
According to Ale , the highest degree of obscurity of 33 percent will be observed in the country during the natural occurrence in the southern part of Nigeria , particularly Port Harcourt , Uyo and Calabar.
He said that the lowest degree of obscurity would be about nine percent in the northern part of Nigeria , particularly in Kebbi .
Ale noted that in the South - West , the level of obscurity would be 23 per cent at about 5 . 42 p . m. and 6 . 30 p . m.
He , however , said it would be recording 28 to 30 per cent between 4 . 45 p . m. and 6 . 33 p . m. in the South - East .
“ Meanwhile , the level of obscurity in Abuja , the Federal Capital City ( FCT) will be 20 per cent between 4 . 54 p . m. and 6 . 30 p . m. , ” he said .
He stressed that the solar eclipse would be observed across the nation , thereby making each part of the country a great site for viewing the eclipse at different degree of obscurity .
According to him , the solar disc will be covered by the moon as seen from the earth and the eclipse will be visible as much as there is clear sky without rain or cloud .
He , however , said there was no cause for alarm or reason to panic as the solar eclipse was a natural occurrence and should be seen as part of the beauties of nature.

Nigeria is a country. Naija is the Nigerian Country in its jaga jaga form. No way you can think of Nigeria without exclaiming Naija!!!!

Example: We have crude oil, yet we import by products, and there's scarcity of PMS (made from crude oil) sometimes. Won't that make you shout naija!

Please don't go. I need to study your kind.

How do you know Yorubas are self-centered? Why do you hate them so much?

Do you think it's worth it hating another person/people?

Would you hurt them if you had the chance?

Do you feel you are better than them or you hate because you feel they are better and you're powerless?

I can't find people like you anywhere please answer me.

No hard feelings, can I meet you one on one?

Many tribalists and racists are unable to reason and hear their own ignorance because they have been so deeply indoctrinated with inflated stories of their personal plight.
